Description
Claims (18)
- 多相接触装置であって、
a.円盤状空洞部、第1の入口ポート及び第1の出口ポートを有する中空の第1の回転可能なディスクと、
b.前記第1の回転可能なディスクの前記円盤状空洞部内において前記第1の回転可能なディスクの回転軸に対して同軸的に配置され、かつ、チャネルをなす空洞部、第2の入口ポート及び第2の出口ポートを有する第2の回転可能なディスクであって、前記第1の回転可能なディスクとは独立に回転可能であり、前記第1の回転可能なディスクに対して同一方向または逆方向に回転し、かつ前記第1の回転可能なディスクと、同一の速度または異なる速度で回転する、該第2の回転可能なディスクとによって構成される接触ステージを含み、
前記接触ステージで、被分離物質の遠心分離及び向流物質移動を統合的に行うように構成したことを特徴とする多相接触装置。 - 前記第1及び第2の回転可能なディスクが、同軸回転するように構成されかつ軸方向において互いから0.05mmの離間距離を隔てて配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多相接触装置。
- 前記第1及び第2の回転可能なディスクを5000rpm以下の速度で回転させるように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多相接触装置。
- 前記接触ステージが2段以上積層されており、前記被分離物質が前記第1の入口ポート、前記第2の入口ポート、前記第1の出口ポート、及び前記第2の出口ポートを通って前記積層された接触ステージ間を移動可能に構成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多相接触装置。
- 前記第1及び第2の回転可能なディスクが、回転時に前記被分離物質に遠心力を作用させるように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多相接触装置。
- 前記第1の回転可能なディスクが、ガス入口ポートを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多相接触装置。
- 前記第2の回転可能なディスク内に形成された前記チャネルが、前記被分離物質の相対的に軽い相を前記回転軸に向かって移動させかつ相対的に重い相を半径方向外向きに移動させることによって前記相対的に重い相から前記相対的に軽い相を分離するように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多相接触装置。
- 前記ディスクの回転速度が、前記被分離物質の特性、前記ディスクの半径及び前記ディスクの間隔に応じて決定されるように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多相接触装置。
- 前記第1の回転可能なディスクが、伝熱チャネルを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多相接触装置。
- 前記第1及び第2の回転可能なディスク間に堰が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多相接触装置。
- 前記第2の回転可能なディスクが、互いに対向配置されかつ前記チャネルを形成する壁を介して互いに隔てられた1対の円盤状プレートを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多相接触装置。
- 前記1対の円盤状プレートが、互いから0.05mmの離間距離を隔てて配置されていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の多相接触装置。
- 前記1対の円盤状プレートが、互いに同じかまたは異なる径を有することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の多相接触装置。
- 前記チャネルが、半径方向外向きに延在する線形または非線形形状をなすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多相接触装置。
- 前記第1の回転可能なディスクが、熱注入ポートを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多相接触装置。
- 前記第1の回転可能なディスクが第1の電荷極性を有し、
前記第2の回転可能なディスクが、前記第1の電荷極性とは反対の第2の電荷極性を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多相接触装置。 - i)前記第1のディスクの表面、ii)前記第2のディスクの表面、またはその両方が、触媒を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多相接触装置。
- 前記ディスク表面が、マイクロ構造体を含むことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の多相接触装置。
