Claims (3)
- 薄膜状のプラスティック材料により形成される第1シート部材と、薄膜状のプラスティック材料により形成され、且つ前記第1シート部材より長さ方向及び幅方向の寸法が長い第2シート部材とを用いて、内部に作動流体を収納可能な流体室を形成した袋状構造の流体圧アクチュエータであって、
前記流体室へ作動流体を給排するための給排孔を備え、
前記第2シート部材は、外側に位置する外側プリーツ部と内側に折り込まれてなる内側プリーツ部とから構成されるプリーツ部が前記長さ方向に複数形成されており、
前記外側プリーツ部の前記長さ方向の寸法は、前記内側プリーツ部の前記長さ方向の寸法よりも長く形成されていることを特徴とする流体圧アクチュエータ。 - 前記第1シート部材及び前記第2シート部材は、低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)又はポリプロピレン(PP)により形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体圧アクチュエータ。
- 前記プリーツ部を形成するためのプリーツ折り線は、前記幅方向に対して所定角度傾いた方向に沿って設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の流体圧アクチュエータ。
