Description
本発明は、鉱酸溶液の必要なしに、発酵ブロスから有機酸およびアミノ酸を分離する方法を提供することにより、この問題を解決する。
i)有機酸をさらに含む発酵生産物を含む供給物質を提供し;
ii)イオン交換吸着媒体を提供し;および
iii)イオン交換吸着媒体を通る移動相で供給物質を溶離させることにより、供給物質から有機酸を分離する;
ことを含み、
前記移動相が希有機酸および水からなる群から選択される;
発酵ブロスから有機酸を分離する方法に関する。
さらに、本発明は、
i)発酵生産物を含む供給物質を提供し;
ii)イオン交換吸着媒体を提供し;および
iii)イオン交換吸着媒体を通る移動相で供給物質を溶離させることにより、供給物質からアミノ酸を分離する;
ことを含み、
前記移動相が希アミノ酸および水からなる群から選択される;
発酵ブロスからアミノ酸を分離する方法に関する。
図1は、好適なイオン形態での強酸カチオンを用いた、約130g/Lの乳酸および70g/Lの塩を含む溶液の分離を示す。この溶液のフラクションはカラムに1mlインジェクトされた。溶離液として水が使用された。溶離流速は8mL/分で、約3m/hの線速度を与えた。カラムの出口は特定の検出器に接続された。分離度は3.39であって、重複は0.00であった。
Claims (4)
- i)分離されるべき有機酸を含む発酵生産物を含む供給物質を提供し、
ii)イオン交換吸着媒体を提供し、および
iii)イオン交換吸着媒体を通る移動相で供給物質を溶離させることにより、供給物質から前記分離されるべき有機酸を分離する、
ことを含み、
前記分離されるべき有機酸とイオン交換吸着媒体の間に相互作用が存在し、かつ移動相は、前記分離されるべき有機酸と同一の化合物である有機酸の希釈溶液である、
発酵ブロスから有機酸を分離する方法。 - 有機酸が乳酸である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 有機酸が酢酸である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- イオン交換吸着媒体を通る移動相で供給物質を溶離させることにより、供給物質から有機酸を分離することが擬似移動床において行われる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
