Description
即ち、本発明に係る回転機械の製造方法は、複数の開口部を有して、流体を吸入、排出する回転機械の車室を形成する車室形成工程と、前記車室形成工程の後に、前記開口部を通じて、前記車室内へ前処理液を供給した後に排出して該車室の内面の活性化を行う表面活性化工程と、表面活性化工程の後に、前記開口部を通じて、前記車室内へ予熱液を供給した後に排出して該車室の予熱を行う予熱工程と、予熱工程の後に、前記開口部を通じて、めっき液の前記車室内への供給と前記車室内からの排出を行って循環させ、該車室の内面のめっきを行うめっき工程と、前記めっき工程によってめっきされた前記車室に、内部車室、回転軸及びインペラの組み付けを行う組立工程と、を備え、前記表面活性化工程、前記予熱工程、前記めっき工程では、前記前処理液、前記予熱液、前記めっき液の供給時及び排出時におけるこれらの液面よりも上方の範囲の前記車室の内面に、これら前処理液、予熱液、めっき液のうち各工程に対応する液体を処理液補助供給手段によって供給することを特徴とする。
以下、本発明の第一実施形態に係る遠心圧縮機(回転機械)100の製造方法について説明する。
本実施形態で製造される遠心圧縮機100は、流体Fを取り込んで、軸線Oに沿って流通させることで流体Fの昇圧を行う装置である。
図1に示すように、この遠心圧縮機100は、円筒状をなす車室1と、車室1によって外周側から覆われるようにして車室1との間で相対回転不能に設けられた内部車室2と、内部車室2によって外周側から覆われて、内部車室2との間で相対回転可能に設けられた回転軸(回転体)3及びインペラ(回転体)4とを備えている。
さらに、この車室1は、外周面から軸線Oの径方向外側に向かって突出するように、上流側となる軸線O方向の一方側の端部に設けられた流体の吸入口(開口部)5と、他方側の端部に設けられた流体の排出口(開口部)6とを有している。本実施形態では、この車室1は分割面を有さず、一体の筒状部材となっている。
図2に示すように遠心圧縮機100の製造方法は、車室1を形成する車室形成工程S0と、車室形成工程S0の後に車室1の内面1aのめっき施工の準備を行う準備工程S1と、準備工程S1の後に車室1内に前処理液W1を供給して車室1の内面1aの活性化を行う表面活性化工程S2とを備えている。
さらに、遠心圧縮機100の製造方法は、表面活性化工程S2の後に車室1内を洗浄する洗浄工程S3と、洗浄工程S3の後に車室1内に予熱液W2を供給して車室1の予熱を行う予熱工程S4と、予熱工程S4の後に車室1内にめっき液W3を供給して車室1の内面1aのめっきを行うめっき工程S5と、めっき工程S5の後に車室1の仕上げを行う車室仕上げ工程S6とを備えている。
そして、車室仕上げ工程S6の後に車室1に内部車室2、回転軸3、インペラ4を組み込む組立工程S7を備え、これらの工程を経て最終的な遠心圧縮機100が製造される。
前処理液W1としては例えば、室温に調整された塩酸等の酸液が用いられる。
ここで、このノズル部材18は、軸線O方向に延在して車室1の外部に配された筒状の本体部18aと、本体部18aに連通するとともに本体部18aの先端から車室1の内面1aにむかって延びて、軸線Oの周方向に間隔をあけて複数設けられた分岐管18bとを有している。そして、本体部18aはタンク16に配管17、ポンプ19を介して接続されており、表面活性化工程S2の実行中に前処理液W1が分岐管18bから車室1の内面1aに向かって供給される。なお、ノズル部材18は車室1内に挿入されていなくともよく、少なくとも分岐管18bが車室1の内面1aに向かって開口していればよい。
予熱液W2としては例えば、90℃程度の温度に調整された還元剤を含む水溶液が用いられ、還元剤としては例えば、次亜リン酸ナトリウム等が用いられるが、その他一般的に用いられる還元剤であってもよい。
ここで、予熱工程S4の実行後に水洗を行ってもよい。
めっき液W3としては例えば、90℃程度の温度に調整された無電解ニッケルめっき液が用いられる。
例えば、サイドストリームタイプの圧縮機では、吸入口5が二つ、排出口6が一つ設けられているため、これら吸入口5、排出口6のうちで液体の供給排出を行う開口部を適宜選択することが可能である。
次に、本発明の第二実施形態に係る遠心圧縮機100の製造方法について説明する。
なお、第一実施形態と共通の構成要素には同一の符号を付して詳細説明を省略する。
本実施形態では、表面活性化工程S2、予熱工程S4、めっき工程S5で用いられるノズル部材(処理液補助供給手段)21が、第一実施形態とは異なっている。
次に、本発明の第三実施形態に係る遠心圧縮機100の製造方法について説明する。
なお、第一実施形態及び第二実施形態と共通の構成要素には同一の符号を付して詳細説明を省略する。
本実施形態では、表面活性化工程S2、予熱工程S4、めっき工程S5で用いられるノズル部材(処理液補助供給手段)31が、第一実施形態及び第二実施形態とは異なっている。
上述の実施形態では、第一実施形態から第三実施形態については、円筒型の車室1についての説明を行ったが、これらの遠心圧縮機100の製造方法を水平分割型の車室1に対して適用してもよい。この場合、車室1は反割れの状態で、かつ分割側の開口部が上方を向くように載置されることが好ましい。
Claims (3)
- 複数の開口部を有して、流体を吸入、排出する回転機械の車室を形成する車室形成工程と、
前記車室形成工程の後に、前記開口部を通じて、前記車室内へ前処理液を供給した後に排出して該車室の内面の活性化を行う表面活性化工程と、
表面活性化工程の後に、前記開口部を通じて、前記車室内へ予熱液を供給した後に排出して該車室の予熱を行う予熱工程と、
予熱工程の後に、前記開口部を通じて、めっき液の前記車室内への供給と前記車室内からの排出を行って循環させ、該車室の内面のめっきを行うめっき工程と、
前記めっき工程によってめっきされた前記車室に、内部車室、回転軸及びインペラの組み付けを行う組立工程と、
を備え、
前記表面活性化工程、前記予熱工程、前記めっき工程では、前記前処理液、前記予熱液、前記めっき液の供給時及び排出時におけるこれらの液面よりも上方の範囲の前記車室の内面に、これら前処理液、予熱液、めっき液のうち各工程に対応する液体を処理液補助供給手段によって供給することを特徴とする回転機械の製造方法。 - 前記表面活性化工程、前記予熱工程、前記めっき工程では、前記処理液補助供給手段によって前記車室の内面に、前記前処理液、前記予熱液、前記めっき液のうち各工程に対応する液体を散布することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転機械の製造方法。
- 前記表面活性化工程、前記予熱工程、前記めっき工程では、前記処理液補助供給手段が移動しながら前記前処理液、前記予熱液、前記めっき液を散布することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の回転機械の製造方法。
