Claims (11)
- 冷却剤を通すための少なくとも一つの冷却管(2,20)と、前記少なくとも一つの冷却管(2)の両端部が固定されている板状の支持要素(5,21)を備えた溶解炉のための冷却要素であって、
前記少なくとも一つの冷却管(2,20)に、カバープレート(10,11;22,23)が溶接されている冷却要素において、
前記少なくとも一つの冷却管(2,20)が、少なくとも一つの冷却管(2,20)の長手方向に延びている向き合った、台形状に構成されたビード(14,15)を備えており、このビードに、向き合ったカバープレート(10,11;22,23)が溶接されており、
ビード(14,15)が、冷却管(2,20)の半径方向に測定される厚さを有しており、この厚さが溶接されたカバープレート(10,11;22,23)の少なくとも厚さ(S)に相当しており、
カバープレート(10,11;22,23)が、横断面が台形状のビード(14,15)の側面(16,17)に溶接されていることを特徴とする冷却要素。 - カバープレート(10,11;22,23)が銅あるいは銅合金から成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷却要素。
- カバープレートが、外側の冷却管(2)のビードと溶接されており、かつ外側の冷却管(2)に隣接して配置された内側の冷却管(20)を覆っていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の冷却要素。
- カバープレート(10,11;22,23)の外側が、台形状のビード(14,15)の側面(16,17)により限定される端面(18)と同じ平面にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷却要素。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の特徴を備えた冷却要素を製造するための方法において、少なくとも一つの冷却管(2,20)が、銅あるいは銅合金からなる引き抜かれた中空形材から製造されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の特徴を備えた冷却要素を製造するための方法において、少なくとも一つの冷却管(2,20)が、棒状体から製造され、この棒状体の横断面が棒状体の長手方向に延びているビード(14,15)を備えており、長手方向に延びている冷却剤通路が孔開けにより製造されることを特徴とする方法。
- 少なくとも一つの冷却管(2,20)が、アーク溶接法を介してカバープレート(10,11;22,23)と接続されることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも一つの冷却管(2,20)が、摩擦撹拌接合を用いてカバープレート(10,11;22,23)と接続されることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも一つの冷却管(2,20)が、電子ビーム溶接を用いてカバープレート(10,11;22,23)と接続されることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の方法。
- カバープレート(23)が、互いに隣接した冷却管(2,20)のビード(14,15)の間で溶接されることを特徴とする請求項5〜9のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- カバープレートが外側の冷却管(2)のビード(14,15)に溶接され、かつ外側の冷却管(2)に隣接して配置された内側の冷却管(20)を覆うことを特徴とする請求項5〜9のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
