(14) 前記可撓性シートが前記展開された構造において凸形体を有する、実施態様1に記載の医療デバイス。
(15) 前記可撓性シートが前記展開された構造において凹形体を有する、実施態様1に記載の医療デバイス。
(16) 前記複数の電極が前記組織を治療するために使用される、実施態様1に記載の医療デバイス。
(17) 可撓性の細長い本体と、前記細長い本体に接続されたハンドルと、前記細長い本体に接続された少なくとも1つのスパインと、前記少なくとも1つのスパインに結合した可撓性シートであって、前記可撓性シートはその上に複数の電極を有し、前記可撓性シート及び前記複数の電極は組織中の電気的情報をマッピングするためのマッピングアセンブリを画定する、可撓性シートと、を含むデバイスを提供する工程であって、前記少なくとも1つのスパイン及び前記可撓性シートは、潰れた構造から展開された構造まで可動である、工程、
前記デバイスが前記展開された構造にあるときに、前記マッピングアセンブリと前記組織とを形状を合致させる工程、
前記複数の電極を用いて、前記組織から電気的情報を提供する工程、及び
前記電気的情報によりマップを形成する工程、を含む、組織をマッピングする方法。
(18) 前記組織を前記複数の電極により治療することを更に含む、実施態様17に記載の方法。
(19) 少なくとも1つの場所センサーを用いて、前記少なくとも1つのスパイン及び前記マッピングアセンブリの場所情報を提供することを更に含む、実施態様17に記載の方法。
(20) 前記場所情報を6次元座標情報の形で提供することを更に含む、実施態様19に記載の方法。
Claims (15)
- 可撓性の細長い本体と、
前記細長い本体に接続されたハンドルと、
前記細長い本体に接続された複数のスパインと、
前記複数のスパインに結合した可撓性シートであって、前記可撓性シートはその上に複数の電極を有し、前記可撓性シート及び前記複数の電極が、組織中の電気的情報をマッピングするためのマッピングアセンブリを画定する、可撓性シートであり、前記複数のスパイン及び前記可撓性シートは、潰れた構造から展開された構造まで可動である、可撓性シートと、
前記可撓性シートの中心近くの位置で前記可撓性シートに結合され、前記複数のスパインよりも長さが短い中心スパインと、を含む、医療デバイス。 - 前記複数のスパイン上に場所センサーを更に含む、請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記複数の電極が前記可撓性シート上の電極のアレイである、請求項2に記載の医療デバイス。
