Description
Claims (5)
- 基板に連続膜を形成する紫外線活性化膜を前記基板に硬化する硬化プロセスの間に前記紫外線活性化膜に赤外線を放射するように構成された光源と、
前記硬化プロセスの間、所定の波長の赤外線が、紫外線活性化膜基板境界で前記基板から及び空気紫外線活性化膜境界で前記紫外線活性化膜から反射した後に、自身を透過するように位置決めされている光学フィルタと、
前記紫外線活性化膜基板境界及び前記空気紫外線活性化膜境界から反射し且つ前記光学フィルタを透過した前記赤外線を検出するように位置決めされた光検出器と、
を含む、センサであって、
前記センサは、前記紫外線活性化膜基板境界及び前記空気紫外線活性化膜境界から反射しかつ検出された前記赤外線に基づいて、前記硬化プロセスの間に、前記紫外線活性化膜を前記基板に硬化するレベルを、リアルタイムで決定するように構成されている、
センサ。 - 前記光学フィルタは、バンドバス光学フィルタである、請求項1に記載のセンサ。
- 前記紫外線活性化膜基板境界及び前記空気紫外線活性化膜境界から反射した前記赤外線の波長は、6μm〜12μmである、請求項1に記載のセンサ。
- 前記基板は、紙及びプラスティックの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載のセンサ。
- 前記紫外線活性化膜は、紫外線活性化樹脂を含む、請求項1に記載のセンサ。
