Claims (13)
- 1つの本体と2つの溶接ブロックとを備え、前記本体と溶接ブロックとも長方体とされる金属ブロックであって、前記溶接ブロックは前記本体の対向する両側面に溶接され、前記本体は上下方向から加えれた圧力の作用で変形して残留応力を有することを特徴とする標準値残留応力校正試料。
- 前記請求項1記載の標準値残留応力校正試料であって、前記溶接ブロックと前記本体の側面の幅が同一で、前記溶接ブロックの長さは前記本体の長さより短く、前記溶接ブロックは前記本体の側面の中央位置に対称に溶接されたことを特徴とする標準値残留応力校正試料。
- 前記請求項1記載の標準値残留応力校正試料であって、溶接される切断面の全端面が溶接部によって完全に覆われたことを特徴とする標準値残留応力校正試料。
- 前記請求項1記載の標準値残留応力校正試料であって、前記本体と溶接ブロックの材質として、中国標準で45#鋼、Q235或いはQ345のいずれかまたは複数であることが可能なことを特徴とする標準値残留応力校正試料。
- 前記請求項1記載の標準値残留応力校正試料であって、前記本体と前記溶接ブロックの表面粗さ<Ra6.4としたことを特徴とする標準値残留応力校正試料。
- 前記請求項1記載の標準値残留応力校正試料であって、前記応力の大きさが前記本体と前記溶接ブロックの変形量とフックの法則に基づいて算出されたことを特徴とする標準値残留応力校正試料。
- 前記請求項1記載の標準値残留応力校正試料であって、標準値の測定区域が2つの溶接ブロックの外表面にあり、且つ前記測定区域は、超音波臨界屈折縦波と表面波測定方法に限って適用したことを特徴とする標準値残留応力校正試料。
- 標準値残留応力校正試料の製造方法であって、試料の本体と2つの溶接ブロックを製造し、前記試料の本体に上下方向から圧力を加えることによって、前記本体を変形させて残留応力を発生させ、溶接ブロックを前記本体の対向する両側面に溶接し、前記上下方向から加えた圧力をなくすことを特徴とする標準値残留応力校正試料の製造方法。
- 前記請求項8記載の標準値残留応力校正試料の製造方法であって、試料の本体と2つの溶接ブロックを製造する際、本体と溶接ブロックの加工を完了した後、焼き戻し処理を行い、試料の加工時に発生した応力をなくすことを特徴とする標準値残留応力校正試料の製造方法。
- 前記請求項8記載の標準値残留応力校正試料の製造方法であって、前記本体と前記溶接ブロックを溶接する前に、前記本体と溶接ブロックとのくっ付ける表面に対して平滑処理した後、前記本体と溶接ブロックを緊密にくっ付けるようにすることを特徴とする標準値残留応力校正試料の製造方法。
- 前記請求項8記載の標準値残留応力校正試料の製造方法であって、溶接ブロックを溶接した後、上下方向の圧力をなくす前に、前記試料を空冷することを特徴とする標準値残留応力校正試料の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の標準値残留応力校正試料の保存方法であって、前記試料を恒温環境において保存し、温度は2〜8℃にし、且つ試料が衝撃または振動を受けないようにすることを特徴とする標準値残留応力校正試料の保存方法。
- 請求項8〜11のいずれか1つに記載の製造方法で製造される標準値残留応力校正試料の保存方法であって、前記試料を恒温環境において保存し、温度は2〜8℃にし、且つ試料が衝撃または振動を受けないようにすることを特徴とする標準値残留応力校正試料の保存方法。
