Claims (6)
- 廃プラスチック破砕品にコールタール、アスファルト及び重油からなる群から選択される一以上の重質油及び燃焼灰を加えて混練し、成型する燃焼灰成型品の製造方法であって、 前記成型品原料の全量に対する前記廃プラスチック破砕品の混合割合を、10質量%以上25質量%以下とし、
前記成型品原料の全量に対する前記重質油の混合割合を、25質量%以上40質量%以下とすることを特徴とする燃焼灰成型品の製造方法。 - 前記成型を100℃以下で行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃焼灰成型品の製造方法。
- 前記成型にフラットダイス式成型機を用いることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の燃焼灰成型品の製造方法。
- 前記廃プラスチック破砕品の平均粒径を0.5mm以上、最大粒径を20mm以下に調整することを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3に記載の燃焼灰成型品の製造方法。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の燃焼灰成型品の製造方法により、平均粒径2mm以
上10mm未満の粒状の燃料に成型することを特徴とする燃料の製造方法。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の燃焼灰成型品の製造方法により、平均粒径5mm以
上20mm以下の粒状の還元剤に成型することを特徴とする還元剤の製造方法。
