Description
本発明によるリニアモータは、駆動原理が韓国特許出願番号10-2009-0090806(韓国特許登録番号10-0964538)に記載されたリニアモータの駆動原理とほぼ同じなので、まず
韓国特許出願番号10-2009-0090806に記載された円筒形リニアモータの構造と駆動原理について説明する。
磁極が鉄心から外周に向けて半径(放射)方向に突出して配置されることと磁極に対向する永久磁石がリング状の継鉄の内側に固定される点を除いては、内部磁石形と動作原理は同じである。
本発明は、磁極から出た磁束が一つの永久磁石のみを通って隣接する磁極に入る構造であり、強磁性体である継鉄がないため、界磁側を進行方向基準にモジュール化する必要はなく、電機子側のみをモジュール化することにより、進行方向と垂直な状態で磁束が流れる磁束閉回路を配置することができる。
Claims (4)
- 電機子側と界磁側を有するリニアモータにおいて、
前記電機子側は複数の電機子モジュールを有するとともに、前記界磁側はそれぞれ複数の永久磁石を備える一つ以上の永久磁石モジュールを有し、
前記各電機子モジュールは、電機子鉄心と、当該電機子鉄心から突出し前記永久磁石モジュールの数よりも一つ多い数の複数の磁極と、前記複数の磁極の数と同数のコイルとを有し、前記各磁極に電流が流れる前記コイルが巻かれ、前記コイルは、隣接する前記電機子モジュールの前記磁極に個別に巻かれ、
前記永久磁石モジュールは、前記電機子鉄心に向かって突出して前記複数の磁極間に置かれ、前記複数の磁極の間には一列に前記複数の永久磁石が配置され、前記リニアモータの進行方向に前記複数の永久磁石が反対磁極になるように配置され、
進行磁界による推力が生成される所定の位相差を持つ電圧が前記各電機子モジュールの前記コイルに印加され、前記電機子側又は前記界磁側のいずれかが可動子に、残りは固定子となり、前記の生成された推力によって互いに相対的に移動することを特徴とするリニアモータ。 - 電機子側と界磁側を有するリニアモータにおいて、
前記電機子側は複数の電機子モジュールを有するとともに、前記界磁側はそれぞれ複数の永久磁石を備える複数の永久磁石モジュールを有し、
前記各電機子モジュールは、電機子鉄心と、当該電機子鉄心から突出し前記複数の永久磁石モジュールの数よりも一つ多い数の複数の磁極と、前記複数の磁極の数と同数のコイルとを有し、前記各磁極に電流が流れる前記コイルが巻かれ、
前記複数の永久磁石モジュールは、前記電機子鉄心に向かって突出して前記複数の磁極間に置かれ、前記複数の磁極の間には一列に前記複数の永久磁石が配置され、前記リニアモータの進行方向に前記複数の永久磁石が反対磁極になるように配置され、
進行磁界による推力が生成される所定の位相差を持つ電圧が前記各電機子モジュールの前記コイルに印加され、前記電機子側又は前記界磁側のいずれかが可動子に、残りは固定子となり、前記可動子と前記固定子が互いに相対的に移動し、前記界磁側が、前記複数の永久磁石モジュールを接続する接続部を有していることを特徴とするリニアモータ。 - 電機子側と界磁側を有するリニアモータにおいて、
前記電機子側は複数の電機子モジュールを有するとともに、前記界磁側はそれぞれ複数の永久磁石を備える一つ以上の永久磁石モジュールを有し、
前記各電機子モジュールは、電機子鉄心と、当該電機子鉄心から突出し前記永久磁石モジュールの数よりも一つ多い数の複数の磁極と、前記複数の磁極の数と同数のコイルとを有し、前記各磁極に電流が流れる前記コイルが巻かれ、
前記永久磁石モジュールは、前記電機子鉄心に向かって突出して前記複数の磁極間に置かれ、前記複数の磁極の間には一列に前記複数の永久磁石が配置され、前記リニアモータの進行方向に前記複数の永久磁石が反対磁極になるように配置され、
進行磁界による推力が生成される所定の位相差を持つ電圧が前記各電機子モジュールの前記コイルに印加され、前記電機子側又は前記界磁側のいずれかが可動子に、残りは固定子となり、前記可動子と前記固定子は互いに相対的に移動し、前記複数の磁極が前記電機子鉄心から同じ方向に突出していることを特徴とするリニアモータ。 - 請求項3において、
前記界磁側は、複数の前記永久磁石モジュールを接続する接続部を有し、
前記複数の永久磁石モジュールが、前記電機子鉄心に向かって前記接続部から突出することを特徴とするリニアモータ。
