Claims (18)
- 液体を利用するエネルギー変換装置であって、
イオン性液体または水が貯蔵された凹部を有する第1電極基板と;
前記第1電極基板に対向し、前記凹部に対応する凸部を有する第2電極基板と;を含み、
前記電極基板間の間隙は、外部の物理力によって変化し、
前記イオン性液体または水に接触する前記第2電極基板の面は、前記間隙の変化に従って電気エネルギーを発生するエネルギー変換層を含むことを特徴とするエネルギー変換装置。 - 前記エネルギー変換層は、無機物層、有機物層および有機物と無機物の混合物層のうち少なくともいずれか一つの層を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエネルギー変換装置。
- 前記エネルギー変換層上に、前記間隙の変化に従って前記イオン性液体または水との接触面、接触角または接触面積の変化を容易にするように、疎水性物質層が積層されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のエネルギー変換装置。
- 前記イオン性液体は、NaCl、LiCl、NaNO3、Na2SiO3、AlCl3−NaCl、LiCl−KCl、KCl、Na、NaOH H2SO4、CH3COOH、HF、CuSO4、エチレングリコール、プロピレングリコールおよびAgClのうち少なくともいずれか一つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエネルギー変換装置。
- 液体を利用するエネルギー変換装置であって、
伝導性液体が貯蔵された凹部を有する第1電極基板と;
前記第1電極基板に対向し、前記凹部に対応する凸部を有する第2電極基板;を含み、

前記電極は、ITO、IGO、クロム、アルミニウム、IZO(Indium Zinc Oxide)、IGZO(Indium Gallium Zinc Oxide)、ZnO、ZnO2およびTiO2のうち少なくともいずれか一つを含む無機電極であるか、白金、金、銀、アルミニウム、鉄および銅のうち少なくともいずれか一つを含む金属電極であるか、PEDOT(polyethylenedioxythiophene)、炭素ナノチューブ(CNT)、グラフェン、ポリアセチレン、ポリチオフェン(PT)、ポリピロール、ポリパラフェニレン、ポリアニリン、ポリ硫黄窒化物、ステンレススチール、クロムを10%以上含有する鉄合金、SUS304、SUS316、SUS316L、Co−Cr合金、Ti合金、ニチノール(Ni−Ti)およびポリパラフェニレンビニレンのうち少なくともいずれか一つを含む有機電極であることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のエネルギー変換装置。 - 前記第1電極基板および前記第2電極基板のうち少なくともいずれか一つは、金属基板、ガラス基板、セラミック基板または高分子素材の基板であり、
前記高分子素材の基板は、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリアリレート(PAR)、メタクリル酸ポリメチル(PMMA)、ポリエチレンナフタレート(PEN)、ポリエーテルスルホン(PES)、ポリイミド(PI)、ポリカーボネート(PC)および繊維強化プラスチック(FRP)のうち少なくともいずれか一つを含むプラスチック基板またはフィルムであり、
前記セラミック基板は、アルミナ(Al2O3)、酸化ベリリウム(BeO)、窒化アルミニウム(AlN)、炭化ケイ素、ムライトおよびシリコンのうち少なくともいずれか一つを含むセラミック材料を利用した基板であることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のエネルギー変換装置。 - 前記第1電極基板と前記第2電極基板との間の間隔を支持する連結部をさらに含み、前記連結部の形状は、外部の物理力が除去されれば原形状に復元されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のエネルギー変換装置。
- 前記連結部の前記形状は、矩形形状、三角形状、逆三角形状、円形状、楕円形状および円柱形状のうち少なくとも一つであり、
前記エネルギー変換装置の形状は、アレイ形態で連結され得るように前記エネルギー変換装置用の前記連結部に従った、三角形状、矩形形状、五角形状、六角形状、円形状、格子形状または蜂の巣形状であることを特徴とする請求項17に記載のエネルギー変換装置。
