Description
The present invention relates to a waste disposal apparatus, and in particular, various food waste such as food waste such as salmon, vegetables, meat and fish and food waste, disposable plastic bags, plastic containers such as plastic bottles and food trays, etc. The present invention relates to a waste disposal apparatus for decomposing a processing object composed of various plastic wastes and various paper wastes such as paper scraps, paper bags, paper packs, old newspapers, cardboards, etc. by microorganisms to reduce and eliminate the volume.
In the conventional waste treatment apparatus that is the background of the present invention, in the treatment tank, all organic matter except chlorinated organic matter, food, paper, plastics such as polyethylene, nylon, polyester are subdivided. A mixture of various biodegradable bacteria (various fiber-degrading bacteria, oil-degrading bacteria, protein-degrading bacteria, wood-degrading bacteria, paper-degrading bacteria, and paper-decomposing bacteria on the surface of the object to be processed. After the necessary amount is added so that the complex bacteria) can be evenly spread, the mixture is stirred and mixed, and the decomposition reaction by the bacteria group is performed. There has been proposed a dust disposal apparatus characterized by performing appropriate temperature management so as to promote (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
In this garbage treatment apparatus, the porous ceramic material becomes a carrier for the biocomposite bacteria by forming the fungus bed used when the biocomposite bacteria are put into the treatment tank by the porous ceramic material. More biocomposite bacteria can be implanted on the fungus bed. Further, in the process of crushing and stirring the ceramic material, the broken pieces of the porous ceramic-made fungus bed exert a grinding effect and are useful for subdividing the processing object.
However, in this conventional dust disposal apparatus (see FIG. 1 of Patent Document 1), when the object to be treated is agitated by the crushing / mixing means 5, it is disposed at the tip of each stirring arm of the crushing / mixing means 5. When a large amount of ceramic material is caught between each blade and the inner wall surface of the treatment tank 3 and the stirring arm is rotated in this state, the inner wall surface (particularly the bottom surface) of the treatment tank 3 and the stirring arm are rotated. Because the load on the rotating shaft, bearings that support the rotating shaft, stirrer arm, blade, stirrer arm and blade connecting part, etc. increases and fatigue of each of these members occurs earlier, durability is higher than usual There is a negative effect that the speed is quickly reduced and the wear of each member is accelerated.
In addition, when the load on each member increases, the load on the motor (drive source) that drives the rotating shaft also increases, and the driving efficiency of the motor deteriorates, resulting in high electricity charges. In this case, adopting a motor with a high driving capacity that can handle the load increases the operating cost, leading to an increase in the size and weight of the waste disposal device. The harmful effect of causing trouble occurs.
Furthermore, in this conventional dust disposal apparatus, as the crushing / mixing means 5, a plurality of stirring arms are arranged along the axial direction of the rotating shaft, so that the processing object is stirred by the plurality of stirring arms. When crushing and mixing, the processing object is staggered and stays at both ends in the length direction inside the processing tank 3, and the retained processing object is substantially perpendicular to the processing object at the bottom of the processing tank 3 by its own weight. Press downwards. When stirring of the processing object is continued in this state, the processing object is compressed and hardened on both inner wall surfaces in the length direction of the processing tank 3. In particular, the object to be treated is more likely to be compressed and hardened at both lower portions in the length direction of the treatment tank 3 below the rotation axis. Therefore, the object to be processed that has been compressed and hardened to the lower portions on both sides in the axial direction of the rotating shaft sticks to the inner wall surfaces on both sides in the length direction of the processing tank 3. In this case, the agitation arms positioned on both sides in the axial direction of the rotating shaft are further subjected to an excessive load, further aggravating the above-described adverse effects.
Therefore, it is proposed not to put the ceramic material into the treatment tank 3, but in this case, the above-mentioned adverse effects caused by the ceramic material can be relatively reduced as compared with the case where the ceramic material is charged. In the process in which the ceramic material is agitated together with the object to be processed, the effect of grinding the object to be processed by broken pieces of the ceramic material cannot be expected.
On the other hand, the above-mentioned adverse effects of this conventional dust treatment apparatus due to the fact that the object to be treated is consolidated on the both inner wall surfaces in the length direction of the treatment tank 3 and sticks to the both inner wall surfaces, It remains a challenge. Furthermore, if the processing object is compressed and hardened on both inner wall surfaces in the length direction of the processing tank 3, in addition to the above-described adverse effects, the discharge port of the processing tank 3 (see FIG. 1 of Patent Document 1). The drainage hole of the drainage lid provided on the drainage lid is likely to be clogged, and the waste liquid cannot be drained smoothly from the drainage port attached to the drainage lid, and in addition, the treatment stuck to the inner wall surface of the treatment tank 3 Including the removal of the mass of the object, the discharge work of the discharge material (residue of the process object, waste liquid, etc.) from the discharge port and the cleaning work of the inner wall surface of the processing tank 3 are troublesome.
In this way, by a plurality of agitation arms arranged along the longitudinal direction of the rotating shaft, the processing object such as garbage, plastic trash, paper trash and the like is decomposed by microorganisms while being agitated and mixed, and volume reduction elimination processing is performed. To promote the subdivision of the processing object without using a ceramic material that exerts a grinding effect on the processing object in view of the transition of the background technology and the current state of the dust processing apparatus for The durability of the treatment tank and the drive system member due to the overload on the inner wall surface (especially the bottom surface) of the treatment tank and the overload on the drive system member including the drive source that rotationally drives the rotary shaft Waste that can reduce waste and reduce the size and operating costs of waste disposal equipment, and in addition, waste that can be discharged smoothly from the treatment tank Processing equipment , Not yet implemented, the development has been desired.
Therefore, the main object of the present invention is to promote the subdivision of the processing object, reduce the load on the inner wall surface of the processing tank and the drive system member as much as possible, and improve the durability of the processing tank and the drive system member. It is intended to provide a waste disposal device that can suppress the deterioration of the performance, contribute to the downsizing of the device and the reduction of the operation cost, and can smoothly discharge the processed waste from the discharge port.
The present invention according to claim 1 reduces the volume of the object to be processed by aerobic microorganisms while agitating the object to be processed and aerobic microorganisms composed of garbage, plastic waste and paper waste. A waste treatment apparatus, into which a treatment object and aerobic microorganisms are charged, and is disposed in a cylindrical treatment tank having a longitudinal direction in a horizontal direction, and the treatment object and aerobic microorganisms. The mixing means and the one or the other side in the longitudinal direction of the treatment tank and / or one of them are disposed, and the waste containing the residue and moisture of the treatment object after the volume reduction treatment is discharged from the treatment tank. And a processing tank is disposed on at least the bottom of the inner wall surface of the body of the processing tank, and is a slit protrusion that splits and subdivides the object to be processed in cooperation with the stirring means. The stirring means comprises: A rotating shaft extending in the longitudinal direction of the processing tank and a plurality of stirring tools arranged at predetermined intervals in the axial direction of the rotating shaft; A pair of paddle arms arranged opposite to each other in the diametrical direction, and arranged at the tip of the paddle arm so as to be inclined with respect to the axis of the paddle arm, are arranged at a predetermined interval from the inner wall surface of the body of the processing tank. The agitator arranged on both sides in the axial direction of the rotating shaft is detachable from the blade so that the tip side is arranged in the vicinity of the inner wall surface of the side part on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the treatment tank. And a scraping part for scraping off the processing object attached to the inner wall surface of the side of the treatment tank. The discharge part includes a discharge port part for discharging the discharge from the treatment tank, and a discharge part. And a cylindrical discharge lid that allows the outlet to be opened and closed. A drain plate having a plurality of drain holes communicating with the inside of the tank and a drain port communicating with the outside of the treatment tank, and the discharge section further includes partition means for partitioning one main surface side of the drain plate up and down In addition, the present invention is a dust processing apparatus characterized in that an excessive pressing force caused by a processing object on an area below the partitioning means is reduced by the partitioning means.
In the present invention according to claim 1, while each paddle arm of the stirrer is rotated by the rotation of the rotating shaft, the processing object composed of raw garbage, plastic waste and paper waste and aerobic in the processing tank. Microorganisms are mixed by being stirred by a plurality of stirring tools of the stirring means. The object to be treated is shredded and subdivided by grinding between the blades provided at the tip of each paddle arm and the slit protrusions provided on at least the bottom of the inner wall of the treatment tank. The
In this waste treatment apparatus, the bottom part of the inner wall surface of the treatment tank is advanced as the volume reduction and elimination treatment of the waste introduced into the treatment tank is advanced by the collaborative action of the aerobic microorganisms, the activation means and the stirring means. In this case, the dust attached with aerobic microorganisms gradually accumulates to form an aggregate that forms a deposited layer of dust attached with aerobic microorganisms. This aggregate is formed as a fungus bed having a certain thickness at the bottom of the inner wall surface of the treatment tank.
In this case, the movement of the object to be agitated in accordance with the rotation of each paddle arm of the agitator is restricted only by the portion that collides with the slit projection. As a result, a relative shear force is generated between the portion of the processing object whose movement is restricted by the slit protrusion and the portion of the processing object scraped up in the rotation direction of the stirring tool by each blade. The object to be treated is rubbed and shredded by this shearing force and subdivided. Since the object to be processed is torn and subdivided by shearing force, the shearing surface of the object to be processed is a complex and fine uneven portion. Further, the subdivided processing object is pressed and ground to the inner wall surface side of the body of the processing tank by each blade that receives the rotational force of each paddle arm.
In short, the paddle arms and blades of a plurality of agitators are made to collide with the object to be processed, the shearing force is applied to the object to be processed between the blade and the slit protrusion, and the material is shredded and subdivided. In other words, the object to be processed collides with the inner wall surface side of the body by the rotational pressing force of the blade, whereby the object to be processed is subdivided and the surface of the object to be processed is scratched to form an uneven portion. Aerobic microorganisms are likely to adhere to the concavo-convex portion thus formed, and the contact area with the air is increased by the concavo-convex portion, so that air contact becomes active. Therefore, the aerobic microorganisms attached to the treatment object can enter the treatment object in a shorter time, weaken the tissue, and further promote the degradation action by the aerobic microorganism.
Moreover, in this invention which concerns on Claim 1, the process target stuck to the side part inner wall face of the longitudinal direction of a processing tank is scraped by the scraping member arrange | positioned in the vicinity of the side part inner wall face of the longitudinal direction of a processing tank. Since it is possible to take, the rotating shaft that rotates the stirring tool, the bearing that supports the rotating shaft, the paddle arm and blade of the stirring tool, the connection part of the blade and paddle arm, the connection of the paddle arm and the rotating shaft It is possible to reduce or alleviate the load on the part. Further, in the present invention according to claim 2, when the partition means has an aspect that is annularly surrounded by the horizontal partition wall and the vertical partition wall when viewed from the direction orthogonal to the one main surface of the drainage plate, Acts from the direction of rotation on the object in the annularly enclosed area due to the excessive pressing force due to the weight of the object above the horizontal partition wall and the rotation of the paddle arm and blade of the agitator Both the excessive pressing force to be reduced can be reduced. In particular, in this case, since the partition means has an aspect of being annularly surrounded, an excessive pressing force acting on the lower side of the annular partition wall from the rotation direction of the blade can be reduced. That is, it is possible to reduce an excessive pressing force from the surroundings outside the area, which acts on the processing target in the annularly surrounded area. Therefore, the hardening by the compaction of the processing object in the region below the horizontal partition wall can be further suppressed.
The present invention according to claim 3 is an invention dependent on the invention according to claim 1, wherein the partitioning means is separately and detachably disposed on one main surface side of the drainage plate, and is substantially the same as the longitudinal direction of the treatment tank. The partition member includes a partition member that vertically divides one main surface side of the drain plate, and the partition member includes a partition plate having a plurality of through holes and a linear end disposed on at least a part of the periphery of the partition plate. The partition plate includes guide support means for detachably guiding and supporting the partition plate. When the partition plate is guided and supported on the one main surface side of the drainage plate by the guide support means, the protruding plate is substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the treatment tank and the drainage plate. The protrusion plate is arranged so as to be substantially perpendicular to the one principal surface of the drain plate, and the one edge of the drainage plate is divided into upper and lower portions so that an excess of the object to be processed in the region below the protrusion plate is caused. It is a garbage processing apparatus characterized by reducing a pressing force.
In this invention which concerns on Claim 3, with respect to the process target object in the area | region below a partition member by dividing one main surface side of a waste_water | drain plate up and down with a partition member, it is above a partition member. It is possible to reduce an excessive pressing force due to the weight of a certain processing object. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the curing due to the consolidation of the processing object in the region below the partition member. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the drainage holes of the drainage plate from being clogged due to the consolidation of the object to be treated, and the waste liquid after volume reduction treatment is discharged from the discharge part of the treatment tank through the drainage holes and the discharge port part. It can drain smoothly. Moreover, since the partition member is separately detachably disposed on the one main surface side of the drainage plate, replacement and cleaning of the partition member itself are simple.
In the present invention according to claim 3, the partition plate of the partition member is guided and supported detachably by the guide support means so as to face the one main surface side of the drainage plate. At this time, the projecting edge plate of the partition member is arranged so as to partition one main surface side of the drainage plate up and down, and it is possible to reduce excessive pressing force by the processing object to the region below the projecting edge plate. It becomes possible.
The present invention according to claim 4 is an invention dependent on the invention according to claim 3, wherein the partition member is disposed so as to face the one main surface of the drainage plate, and the filter portion for filtering the discharged matter. Filter holding means for holding the filter portion on the partition plate, the filter holding means being disposed on at least one side of the partition plate facing the protruding plate and substantially perpendicular to the main surface of the partition plate A projecting other edge plate, and a holding body that is provided between the edge plate and the other edge plate and holds the filter portion. The filter portion includes a partition plate, a edge plate, and another protrusion. A dust disposal apparatus characterized in that it is housed and held in a surrounding space surrounded by an edge plate and a holding body.
In this invention which concerns on Claim 4, when discharge | emission containing the residue and water | moisture content of the processing target object after a volume reduction process is discharged | emitted from the inside of a processing tank outside, the said discharge | emission can be filtered with a filter part. Become. In this case, since the filter portion is held by the partition plate of the partition member, the partition member has a function of reducing an excessive pressing force by the processing object to a lower region partitioned vertically from the protruding plate, It is possible to have a filter function. Therefore, for example, space saving can be achieved as compared with the case where the filter portion is provided separately from the partition member.
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the filter portion is held on the partition plate by the filter holding means. In this case, the filter unit is accommodated and held in a surrounding space surrounded by the partition plate, the protruding edge plate, the other protruding edge plate, and the holding body.
The present invention according to claim 5 is an invention dependent on the invention according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the blade of the agitator is a main blade that faces the inner wall surface of the body of the treatment tank. The surface includes an uneven portion composed of a weld bead forming surface in which weld beads by overlay welding are continuously provided, and the weld bead forming surface is multidirectional in the direction of the load from the processing object acting on the main surface of the blade. It is a garbage processing device characterized in that the load is reduced by distributing to each other.
In the present invention according to claim 5, since the uneven portion is disposed on the main surface of the blade facing the inner wall surface of the body of the processing tank, the processing object is scratched mainly by the convex portion of the uneven portion, and the concave portion The amount of the object to be scratched is small. In this case, the load acting on each paddle arm can be further reduced by dispersing the amount of scratching of the processing object along the longitudinal direction of the tip of the blade by the uneven portions. Further, the uneven portion disposed on the main surface of the blade can reduce the load by dispersing the direction of the load from the processing object acting on the main surface of the blade in multiple directions. In such a state, according to the blade, the processing object remaining in the scratches on the concave portions can be broken into the scratches on the convex portions and mixed, so that the balance between the load reducing effect and the stirring effect can be improved.
As described above, the uneven portion can reduce the load by distributing the direction of the load from the processing object acting on the main surface of the blade in multiple directions, so that the surface pressure acting on the main surface of the blade is reduced. Due to this, the flow resistance against the processing object on the surface side of the inner wall surface of the trunk of the processing tank is greatly reduced. Therefore, the flow speed of the processing object flowing down near the surface of the inner wall surface of the body of the processing tank and the flow speed of the processing object flowing down the center of the processing tank are made as uniform as possible. That is, the residence time of the processing object flowing down near the surface of the inner wall surface of the trunk of the processing tank and the residence time of the processing object flowing down the center are made as uniform as possible. Therefore, the effect of reducing the load of the processing object acting on the stirring tool including the blade and the paddle arm and the stirring effect can be further enhanced, and the decomposition effect of the processing object can be further improved. As a result, sticking of the processing object to the side inner wall surface of the processing tank can be reduced as much as possible.
In the present invention according to claim 5, since the uneven portion of the blade is formed by a weld bead forming surface in which weld beads by overlay welding are continuously provided, the main surface of the blade facing the inner wall surface of the body portion of the processing tank is formed. The surface is configured as an uneven surface corresponding to the shape of each weld bead on the weld bead forming surface. Therefore, the direction of the load of the surface pressure from the processing object acting on the main surface of the blade is not a constant direction as in the case where the main surface of the blade is a smooth surface, for example, in multiple directions. Will be distributed. Therefore, the flow resistance against the processing object on the blade surface, that is, the weld bead forming surface, due to the surface pressure from the processing object acting on the main surface of the blade is greatly reduced. As a result, the flow speed of the processing object flowing down near the surface of the inner wall surface of the body of the processing tank and the flow speed of the processing object flowing down the center of the processing tank are made as uniform as possible. That is, the residence time of the processing object flowing down near the surface of the inner wall surface of the body of the processing tank and the residence time of the processing object flowing down the center of the processing tank are made as uniform as possible.
Therefore, according to the invention which concerns on Claim 5, the reduction effect and stirring effect of the process target object which act on the stirring tool containing a braid | blade and a paddle arm can be improved further, and the decomposition effect of a process target object can be improved more. This can be further improved. As a result, sticking of the processing object to the side inner wall surface of the processing tank can be reduced as much as possible.
In the present invention according to claim 5, in particular, the uneven portion of the blade is formed on the main surface of the blade by a simple and inexpensive forming method of overlay welding on the main surface of the blade facing the inner wall surface of the body of the treatment tank. It is possible to form a blade surface having a special function of promoting the flow-down movement of the processing object.
The present invention according to
According to the present invention of
The present invention according to claim 7 is an invention dependent on the invention according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the treatment tank is disposed at a predetermined portion of the trunk portion extending in the longitudinal direction of the treatment tank. And further including a plurality of trunk through holes penetrating the trunk and a drainage passage for receiving moisture in the treatment tank discharged from the trunk through hole. It has a drainage function that allows the moisture generated from the processing object inside to be discharged and a ventilation function that allows external air to be introduced into the processing tank, and it is the center of the rotation axis when viewed in the height direction of the processing tank. The drainage passage is arranged at 3 to 5 degrees toward one end side or the other end side in the longitudinal direction of the processing tank. It is a refuse disposal device characterized by having a downward slope of.
In the present invention according to claim 7, moisture generated from the processing object in the processing tank can be drained to the outside by the plurality of body through holes arranged in the longitudinal direction of the body of the processing tank. External air can be introduced into the treatment tank. Moreover, in this invention which concerns on Claim 7, the water | moisture content in a processing tank is discharged | emitted from a processing tank more efficiently compared with the drainage structure which only made it discharge | emit the water | moisture content in a processing tank from the drain outlet of a discharge part. It is possible to do.
On the other hand, in a conventional bio-type waste treatment apparatus that uses the decomposition action of microorganisms, if the waste as a treatment target put into the treatment tank contains a large amount of water, it is mixed with a water conditioner or the like. However, it tends to adhere to and accumulate on the inner wall surface and side inner wall surface of the treatment tank, and in particular, the treatment object tends to adhere to and accumulate on the inner wall surface of the treatment tank located below the rotation axis. It has become.
On the other hand, in the invention according to claim 7, in addition to the invention according to any one of claims 1 to 6, the invention further includes the plurality of body through holes, and the plurality of body through holes Is disposed on the body located below the horizontal cross section of the processing tank passing through the central axis of the rotation axis when viewed in the height direction of the processing tank, so that it is below the rotation axis of the processing tank. The moisture in the treatment tank can be discharged to the outside through the trunk through hole. Therefore, in the invention according to claim 7, the effect of the invention according to any one of claims 1 to 6 can be further enhanced.
Furthermore, according to this invention which concerns on Claim 7, the water | moisture content in the processing tank discharged | emitted from the trunk | drum through-hole of the processing tank is received by the drainage channel. Since the drainage passage has a downward slope of 3 to 5 degrees toward one end side or the other end side in the longitudinal direction of the treatment tank, the moisture discharged from the trunk through hole passes through the drainage passage, It is discharged to one end side or the other end side in the longitudinal direction of the treatment tank. In this case, since the drained moisture may contain a residue smaller than the hole diameter of the trunk through hole, the drained moisture is once put into a collection container having a net-like filtration container, for example. It is preferable to dispose after collecting.
In the waste disposal apparatus according to the present invention, the plurality of drain holes of the drain plate include two groups having different hole diameters, the diameter of the drain hole of one group is φa, and the drain of the other group is drained. When the hole diameter is φb, the relationship of φa <φb is satisfied, and on one main surface side of the drainage plate, the drainage holes of one group having a hole diameter of φa are arranged below the horizontal partition wall. The drain holes of the other group having a hole diameter of φb may be configured to be disposed above the horizontal partition wall.
In this case, a group of drain holes with a hole diameter of φa is disposed below the horizontal partition wall, and a group of drain holes with a hole diameter of φb is disposed above the horizontal partition wall, satisfying the relationship of φa <φb. Therefore, the residue of the discharge discharged from the drain hole above the horizontal partition wall is larger than the residue of the discharge discharged from the drain hole below the horizontal partition wall. That is, residues having different sizes can be simultaneously discharged from the upper side and the lower side of the horizontal partition wall to the discharge port portion.
Furthermore, in the refuse disposal apparatus according to the present invention, the partition plate includes a partition plate formed in a polygonal shape, and the linear edge is formed on one side of the polygonal partition plate, and the linear edge It is preferable that the length of the portion and the protruding edge plate is formed to be substantially the same as or longer than the radial length of the discharge port portion.
In this case, the one main surface side of the drainage plate is partitioned up and down by the projecting edge plate of the partition member formed on one side of the polygonal partition plate, so that the excess of the processing object to the region below the projecting edge plate is caused. The pressing force is reduced. Furthermore, since the length of the protruding plate is formed to be substantially the same as or longer than the radial length of the discharge port portion, all of the drain plate on the lower side of the protruding plate on one main surface It is possible to reduce an excessive pressing force due to the processing object against the drain hole.
Further, in the dust disposal apparatus according to the present invention, the guide support means includes a partition plate excluding the projecting edge plate and the other projecting edge plate so that the projecting edge plate vertically divides one main surface side of the drainage plate. A guide bracket that can be inserted in two opposite sides of the guide bracket, and a support stopper that is disposed on one end side in the longitudinal direction of the guide bracket and supports the partition plate so that the partition plate inserted into the guide bracket does not fall off. The structure containing these may be sufficient.
In this case, the partition plate of the partition member is guided so as to be freely inserted into the guide bracket. The partition plate guided by the guide bracket is supported by the support stopper so as not to fall out of the guide bracket.
Furthermore, in the waste disposal apparatus according to the present invention, the drain plate has an opening above one main surface of the drain plate partitioned vertically by the partition member, and a plurality of drains below the one main surface of the drain plate. When it has a hole and the partition member is arranged on the one main surface side of the drainage plate, the filter part can be arranged to face the opening of the drainage plate.
In this case, the partition member can reduce excessive pressing force due to the object to be processed with respect to the plurality of drain holes on the lower side of the one main surface of the drain plate partitioned vertically by the partition member, In the filter part, it becomes possible to filter the waste that passes through the upper opening on the one main surface of the drainage plate.
Moreover, in the refuse disposal apparatus according to the present invention, the weld bead forming surface may include an annular weld bead forming surface provided continuously along the peripheral edge of the main surface of the blade.
In this case, since the uneven portion of the blade is formed by an annular weld bead molding surface that is continuously provided along the peripheral portion of the main surface of the blade, the inner blade surrounded by the annular weld bead molding surface The surface and the annular weld bead forming surface form a further uneven portion on the main surface of the blade. As a result, the entire main surface of the blade becomes a random uneven surface, and the main surface of the blade It is possible to reduce the load by distributing the direction of the load from the processing object acting on the process in a more random direction.
Furthermore, in the refuse disposal apparatus according to the present invention, the weld bead forming surface includes one or more weld bead forming surfaces, one or both of the other ends reaching or overlapping with the annular weld bead forming surface. It is preferable to configure as described above.
In this case, the main part of the blade is formed by an annular weld bead forming surface and one or more other weld bead forming surfaces that overlap and reach one end and / or the other end of the annular weld bead forming surface. Since the entire surface will be further formed with a plurality of random irregularities, the direction of the load from the processing object acting on the main surface of the blade is further distributed in many directions to reduce the load. Can do. The inner blade surface surrounded by the annular weld bead forming surface has other shapes such as a cross shape, a U shape, an inverted U shape, an L shape, a C shape, and an X shape, as viewed in the direction perpendicular to the main surface of the blade. It is also possible to arrange the weld bead forming surface as appropriate. In this case, a plurality of various uneven portions can be formed on the inner blade surface surrounded by the annular weld bead forming surface.
Furthermore, in the waste disposal apparatus according to the present invention, the slit protrusion includes a plurality of protrusions having corner portions, and the plurality of protrusions are blades at the bottom of the inner wall surface of the body of the processing tank. The stirrer is disposed at a portion opposed to the rotating track of the blade and spaced apart in the blade rotation direction. And an adjusting means for adjusting the distance between the inner wall surface of the body portion of the processing tank and the blade.
In this case, the plurality of projecting strips are disposed at portions facing the rotating track on which the blade rotates, and are spaced from each other in the rotation direction of the blade. Since it is disposed, a shearing force can be applied to the object to be treated more effectively between the main surface and corners of the blade and the corners of the protrusions. As a result, subdivision of the processing object can be more effectively promoted.
Further, in this case, the stirring tool has adjusting means, and the adjusting means allows the space between the inner wall surface of the body of the processing tank and the main surface of the blade facing the inner wall surface of the treatment tank, and the slit provided on the inner wall surface of the body. It is possible to appropriately change the interval between the convex portion and the main surface of the blade and the interval between the pointed end portion of the scraping portion and the inner wall surface of the body of the treatment tank. Therefore, the volume of the processing object can be reduced more effectively according to the type of the processing object, the amount of moisture, and the thickness of the processing object attached to the inner wall surface and the side wall surface of the processing tank. As described above, the interval can be appropriately changed.
Furthermore, in this case, by adjusting the above-mentioned distance, the scraping thickness when the processing object deposited on the inner wall surface of the processing tank is scraped with a blade, and the processing object deposited on the side inner wall surface of the processing tank. It is possible to appropriately change the scraping thickness when scraping off with a scraping member.
Further, in the refuse disposal apparatus according to the present invention, one blade is tilted forward in the direction in which the front side of the blade approaches the rotation axis with respect to the rotation direction of the paddle arm, while the other blade is the paddle arm. It is arranged so that the rear side of the blade moves backward in the direction approaching the rotation axis with respect to the rotation direction, and the object to be processed is crushed while being pressed against the inner wall surface of the body of the processing tank by one blade to have a predetermined thickness. One blade with respect to the paddle arm in order to scrape the processing object by a predetermined thickness from the deposition layer of the processing object deposited and deposited on the inner wall surface of the body of the processing tank by the other blade It is preferable that the inclination angle of the other blade is the same, and the inclination angle is set in a range of 1 ° to 15 °.
In this case, when looking at the movement of the pair of paddle arms and the blade, when the front side of the blade is inclined in a direction approaching the rotation axis in one blade, the rear side of the blade is the body of the processing tank. It is inclined in a direction approaching the inner wall surface. That is, a narrow portion with a narrow space is formed between the rear side of the blade and the inner wall surface of the body of the processing tank, and the space is widened between the front side of the blade and the inner wall surface of the body of the processing tank. A wide part is formed. In this case, the processing object is efficiently ground between the wide part of the blade and the inner wall surface of the treatment tank, and the processing object ground on the narrow part of the blade is efficiently scraped up. It is done.
Further, when viewed in detail, in the pair of agitators, the processing object entering between the blade of one paddle arm and the inner wall surface of the body of the processing tank is caused by the rotational force of the paddle arm. It is pressed and crushed by an aggregate (bacteria bed) of processing objects adhered and deposited on the inner wall surface side of the trunk. In this case, the processing object that has been crushed and subdivided by one blade is attached to the aggregate (bacteria bed) of the processing object that adheres and accumulates on the inner wall surface of the body of the processing tank, and has a certain thickness. It is deposited. The processing object adhered and deposited on the aggregate (bacteria bed) is scooped up by a predetermined thickness and scraped off by the narrow part of the blade of the other paddle arm rotating on the same track.
According to the inventor's experiment, when the inclination angle of the blade with respect to the paddle arm is set in a range of 1 ° to 15 °, an aggregate of treatment objects adhered to and deposited on the inner wall surface of the body of the treatment tank (bacteria bed) It is possible to stir the processing object more efficiently without scraping the entire deposited layer, and to effectively crush and subdivide the processing object between the blade and the inner wall surface of the body of the processing tank. all right.
According to the present invention, it is possible to promote subdivision of the processing object, reduce the load on the inner wall surface of the processing tank and the drive system member as much as possible, and reduce the durability of the processing tank and the drive system member.
In the waste disposal apparatus according to the best mode for carrying out the present invention, in particular, various food wastes such as food residue and food waste such as salmon, vegetables, meat, and fish, disposable plastic bags, plastic bottles, food trays, etc. Processing objects (hereinafter simply referred to as “garbage”) composed of various types of plastic garbage such as plastic containers and packaging, and various types of paper garbage such as paper scraps, paper bags, paper packs, old newspapers and cardboard. Is reduced and extinguished by the decomposition action of aerobic microorganisms.
First, the outline of the configuration of the equipment constituting the
FIG. 1 is a flowchart showing an example of the flow of dust processing using the dust processing apparatus according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is a front view showing an example of the dust disposal apparatus according to the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a plan view of the dust disposal apparatus shown in FIG. 4A is a left side view of the dust disposal apparatus shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, and FIG. 4B is a view taken along line AA in FIG. 5A is a right side view of the dust disposal apparatus shown in FIGS. 2, 3 and 4A, and FIG. 5B is a view taken along the line BB in FIG. is there.

As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 4 and FIG. 5A, for example, an

Further, as the aerobic microorganism, for example, various types of fiber-degrading bacteria, oil-degrading bacteria, protein-degrading bacteria, wood-degrading bacteria, and paper-degrading bacteria are combined to form a group of bacteria, and a plurality selected from these groups. Special complex bacteria obtained by complex symbiosis of these bacteria groups can be used. In addition, as aerobic microorganisms, for example, a group of aerobic bacteria composed of a combination of a plurality of types of bacteria, based on a group of bacteria belonging to the genus Bacillus that are complex and ubiquitous in nature, such as soil, dead grass, and air. Special complex obtained by combining multiple bacterial groups selected from cellulose-degrading bacteria, animal oil-degrading bacteria, vegetable oil-degrading bacteria, mineral oil-degrading bacteria, protein-degrading bacteria, and lignin-degrading bacteria Bacteria can be used. The above-mentioned complex bacteria are activated by the activation means 16 at a predetermined appropriate temperature, and the decomposing action of dust is enhanced.
Next, the

That is, under the

As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4 (B), a plurality of pairs of

In this case, one

Furthermore, in the pair of

The pair of

Further, in the pair of

By the way, in the

As shown in FIGS. 6, 7, 8, and the like, the

The plurality of protruding

For example, as shown in FIG. 12, the plurality of

In the

As shown in FIG. 16A, the

In the
As shown in FIG. 18A, the
As shown in FIGS. 18, 19, and 20, the

In addition, as the above-described fastener 142, for example, a seal up bolt (trade name) manufactured by Takigen Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is used.
In the
The partition means 150 is not limited to the
In the partitioning means 150 shown in FIG. 21A, the two
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 22 (A), the partition means 150 is, for example, by two
Further, in the partition means 150 shown in FIG. 22 (A), two vertical partition walls as shown in FIG. 22 (B) instead of the lower
In the
In this case, the partitioning means 150 is not limited to the one shown in FIG. 23A, and as shown in FIG. 23B, in addition to the one
Further, in the
As shown in FIG. 26, the

When the

In particular, as shown in FIG. 27A, for example, the guide support means 190 is disposed around the

Looking at the relative relationship between the

As shown in FIGS. 29 and 30, the
These body through
Furthermore, the

The water in the

As described above, the structure of the
That is, in the
As a result, a relative shear is generated between the portion of the dust whose movement is restricted by the
In short, the
According to the
Further, according to the
Therefore, the volume of dust can be reduced more effectively depending on the type of dust, the amount of water, and the thickness of the dust attached to the inner wall surface of the
Moreover, in this
Further, in the
In the

In this
In this
In the
In the
In this
In the
Therefore, hardening due to dust compaction in a region below the
In this
In this
Since the random
In this
Therefore, the flow resistance against dust on the surfaces of the
Therefore, according to the
Further, the concave and
In this case, in particular, the concavo-
Further, as shown in FIG. 11, the main surfaces of the
The main surfaces of the
Further, as shown in FIG. 11, spot-shaped
As a result, according to the
In the

In the
Further, when viewed in detail, in one pair of
The dust crushed by one
According to the inventor's experiment, when the inclination angle of the
According to the inventor's experiment, when the thickness of the fungus bed adhered and deposited on the bottom of the inner wall surface of the
Therefore, in the
Note that the scraped scraps and dust of the fungus bed layer fall to the bottom surface side of the
According to the inventor's experiment, the inclination angle θ of the
