Claims (7)
- 塗布表面上に液体ないし糊状の媒体(40)を間欠塗布する装置(10)であって、
開状態と閉状態との間で切換えることができるとともに、前記塗布表面上に前記媒体(40)を吐出するように意図されている塗布弁(19)と、該塗布弁(19)に送られる或る量の前記媒体(40)を計量する容積式送出ポンプ(18)と、該容積式送出ポンプ(18)を動作させる駆動部(51)とを備え、
該装置(10)は、各場合において周期的に、前記駆動部(51)および前記塗布弁(19)を互いに依存して作動させる電子コントローラー(30)を有しており、
前記容積式送出ポンプ(18)を動作させるために、駆動部(51)が最小値(0)と最大値(2W)との間で周期的に調整され、前記駆動部(51)は、前記最小値(0)へと調整されてから前記周期的に切換えられる塗布弁(19)を閉じ、前記最大値(2W)へと調整されてから前記塗布弁(19)を開き、前記駆動部(51)が該駆動部(51)の前記最小値(0)に従って挙動する時間間隔は、前記塗布弁(19)を閉じる時間間隔よりも僅かに短くなっていることを特徴とする装置。 - 該装置(10)は溶融接着剤(40)または溶融接着作用物質を塗布する装置として設計され、該装置(10)内に導かれる前記溶融接着剤(40)または前記溶融接着作用物質を加熱する加熱手段を備え、該装置(10)は、前記接着剤(40)または前記接着作用物質を溶融させるホットメルトユニットが割当てられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置(10)。
- 前記駆動部(51)はモーターを有し、該モーターは、サーボモーター(27)若しくはステップモーターとして設計されるか、または、渦電流カップリング若しくは電磁カップリングが前記モーターと前記容積式送出ポンプ(18)との間に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置(10)。
- 上流側で接続される主送出ポンプを有する前記容積式送出ポンプは、3つのギヤホイール(32、38a、38b)を備えるギヤポンプ(18)として設計され、前記3つのギヤホイール(32、38a、38b)のうちの1つは、モーター側駆動シャフト(17)に割当てられる別個のシャフトギヤホイール(24)と相互作用する駆動ギヤホイール(32)として設計されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置(10)。
- 前記塗布表面は、移動するウェブ状基材である、二次元基材によって提供され、該装置(10)は、前記塗布弁(19)に割当てられた出口ノズル(46)の上に前記基材をガイドする送出機構を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置(10)。
- 剛性のシールされた設計を有するとともに、塗布される前記計量された媒体(40)を送るように意図されている通路(42)が、前記容積式送出ポンプ(18)と前記塗布弁(19)との間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置(10)。
- 該装置(10)は、複数の直線状に配置された塗布モジュール(19)を有するモジュラーシステムとして設計され、各塗布モジュール(19)は、厳密に1つの塗布弁を有し、それぞれ1つの容積式送出ポンプユニット(18)に接続され、前記直線状に配置された容積式送出ポンプユニット(18)は、共通の駆動シャフト(17)によって駆動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置(10)。
