Claims (4)
- 基部の一面に柱が立設された第2部材の前記柱が第1部材に軸方向に突き合わされて第1部材と第2部材が互いに固定された組み合わせ部品であって、前記第2部材が、柱の先端の一部、かつ、前記基部の一面に前記柱の側面を介して連なる箇所に柱の先端面に対して軸方向に段差を生じた位置決め面を具備し、その位置決め面の前記柱の側面に開放した側のコーナに、第2部材の基部の一面と前記位置決め面を成形する金型の位置決め面成形部の曲面形状が転写された曲面が存在する組み合わせ部品。
- 前記第1部材と第2部材が焼結体であり、その第1部材と第2部材が第2部材の前記柱の先端と第1部材との間に存在する鑞材を介して接合されている請求項1に記載の組み合わせ部品。
- 基部の一面に柱を立設した第2部材と第1部材を互いに固定した組み合わせ部品の製造方法であって、
前記第2部材に設ける柱の先端の一部と第2部材の柱設置側の基部の端面を同一パンチで成形し、そのパンチで成形した柱の先端の一部を柱の先端との間に軸方向の段差を生じた位置決め面にし、
前記位置決め面を前記第1部材に軸方向に突き合わせて第1部材と第2部材を互いに固定する組み合わせ部品の製造方法。 - 上パンチ、下1パンチ、下2パンチ及びダイを備える成形金型であって、前記下2パンチが、第2部材の柱設置側の基部の端面を成形する成形部と、第2部材の柱の先端の一部、かつ、前記基部の一面に前記柱の側面を介して連なる箇所に段差を生じて設けられる位置決め面の成形部を併せ持ち、前記下1パンチが前記柱の先端の残余部を成形するように構成された成形金型。
