Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a covering material separating tool and a covering material separating method, and more specifically, a covering material separating tool used for separating a conductor and a covering material from a covered electric wire in which the conductor is covered with the covering material, and The present invention relates to a covering material separating method for separating a conductor of a covered electric wire and a covering material.
In indoor wiring and outdoor wiring of buildings such as houses, covered electric wires are usually used. Here, the covered electric wire is one in which one thick copper wire, a plurality of thin copper wires, or the like is used as a conductor, and the outer surface of the conductor is covered with a covering material such as vinyl resin or polyethylene resin.
By the way, when wiring work is performed at a construction site or the like, a large amount of end material of the covered electric wire is generated. Further, in wiring work in which an existing wiring is replaced with a new one or an existing wiring pattern is changed, a large amount of covered electric wires that are no longer necessary are generated. The end material of such a covered electric wire and the covered electric wire that is no longer necessary can be reused, and when reusing, it is necessary to separate the conductor and the covering material. Then, in order to separate the conductor of the covered electric wire from the covering material, an operator generally cuts the covering material manually with a knife or the like, tears the covering material, and takes out the conductor from the inside of the covering material. ing.
However, it is extremely inefficient and very troublesome to separate the conductor and the covering material by the manual operation of the operator in this way. On the other hand, for example, if an apparatus as disclosed in
In the apparatus disclosed in
On the other hand, if it is possible to efficiently and easily separate the conductor of the covered electric wire and the covering material with a lightweight and compact instrument that can be easily carried, an appropriate work site such as a construction site or a waste separation processing site can be used. It is convenient because it can be brought into a flexible case and the separation work of the covering material can be performed in a timely manner.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and it is an object of the invention of a covering material separating tool to efficiently and easily separate a conductor of a covered electric wire and a covering material with a lightweight and compact device. To do.
By the way, in the apparatus disclosed in
Therefore, a part of the invention of the covering material separating apparatus and the invention of the covering material separating method are to prevent the number of separated covering materials from increasing.

The covering material separating tool according to
In the covering material separating tool according to claim 9, one of the pair of pressure contact rollers is a driving roller that is rotationally driven, and the other is a driven roller that rotates following the passage of the covered electric wire, A rotating device mounting portion is provided on the rotating shaft of the driving roller.

The covering material separating method according to
(1) A dividing line that extends in the length direction of the covered electric wire and divides the covering material in the radial direction is formed only on one pressure roller side of the covering material, and a conductor is taken out from the dividing line.
(2) A plurality of through holes continuously provided along the length direction of the covered electric wire are formed on at least one pressure roller side of the covering material, and the diameter of the covering material is defined by using the plurality of through holes as perforations. Dividing in the direction, and taking out the conductor from the divided part,
(3) By deforming the covering material so that its peripheral length is increased by pressing the conductor and the pressure roller, a gap is formed between the conductor and the covering material, and the conductor can be pulled out from the covering material. Pull the conductor axially out of the coating,
Any one of the above (1) to (3).
The covering material separating method according to claim 11, wherein the conductor and the covering material are separated in a covered electric wire whose conductor is covered with a covering material, and ends of the covered electric wire are inserted between each other, A pair of pressure rollers that send out the coated electric wire while being pressed in the radial direction; and a rotating device mounting portion on which either the electric rotating tool or the rotating tool of the manual handle is mounted to rotate at least one of the pair of pressure rollers. One of the pressure roller sides in the coating material is operated by operating the rotating device mounted on the rotating device mounting portion and passing the coated electric wire between the pair of pressure welding rollers. Forming a dividing line extending in the length direction of the covered electric wire and dividing the covering material in the radial direction, and continuously provided along the length direction of the covered electric wire on the other pressing roller side in the covering material Forming a plurality of through-holes, or extending and deforming the other pressure roller side of the covering material and using the other pressure roller side of the covering material as a hinge to widen the parting line part and conducting from the parting line part To take out.
In the first to ninth aspects of the present invention, the rotational driving force for rotating the pressure roller is based on an electric rotary tool or a manual handle, and has a smaller power than a large motor. And it becomes possible to isolate | separate a conductor and a coating | covering material, without largely deforming a conductor with the press-contact roller rotated with such a small driving force. For this reason, the pressing roller does not require a large pressing force, and does not require a structure for applying a large pressing force to the pressing roller. Also, the support structure of the pressure roller need not be strong enough to withstand a large pressing force. Further, since the rotary power tool or the manual handle is attached and the pressure roller is driven to rotate, it is not necessary to assemble a driving device such as a motor in the instrument itself. Therefore, a lightweight and compact instrument can be realized as an instrument that can separate the conductor and the covering material.
In particular, in the first to seventh aspects of the invention, the covering material is broken by the convex portion provided on the pressure roller, and a dividing line or a plurality of through holes are formed in the covering material in the length direction of the covered electric wire. is there. Here, if it is a parting line, the conductor may be taken out from the parting line and separated from the covering material. If it is a plurality of through holes, the covering material is divided using this as a perforation, and the conductor is separated from this parting portion. What is necessary is just to take out and isolate | separate from a coating | covering material. Therefore, the conductor and the covering material can be separated by a simple and simple operation, and the conductor and the covering material can be easily processed.
In the invention of
In the invention of
In the inventions according to
The invention of
The invention of
In the invention of claim 9, one of the pair of pressure rollers is a driven roller, and the other is a driving roller having a rotating shaft as a rotating device mounting portion, and the driving roller is driven by a rotational driving force from the rotating device. Only the structure is driven to rotate directly. Therefore, a drive transmission mechanism using gears or sprockets is not required, and the overall structure can be simplified.
The invention of
In particular, in the invention of claim 11, the conductor is taken out from the dividing portion in the length direction of the covering material. In the entire circumference of the covering material, in the length direction of the covering material, on the side opposite to the dividing line. A plurality of through-holes are provided continuously, or a portion opposite to the parting line is thinned by extension deformation. Therefore, it is easy to widen the parting line by using the part opposite to the parting line as a hinge, and the conductor can be smoothly taken out from the widened parting line.
As described above, according to the covering material separating tool of the present invention, it is possible to efficiently and easily separate the conductor of the covered electric wire and the covering material with a lightweight and compact instrument.
In addition, according to the covering material separating tool according to some inventions and the covering material separating method according to the present invention, the number of separated covering materials can be prevented from increasing.
An example as an embodiment of the covering material separating tool and the covering material separating method according to the present invention will be described below.

In addition to the
Here, in this example, the sheath
As shown in FIG. 3, the
In addition to the
Next, the details of the

When one of the pair of
Moreover, as shown in FIG. 9, the
As shown in FIG. 9, the height of the convex portion 38 (in other words, “groove depth”) is about 0.4 mm for the
By the way, as described above, three types of intervals between the pair of
Further, when the covered
Further, the height of the
Furthermore, if the space | interval of the
Here, regarding the relationship between the speed at which the coated
Next, in the covering
Here, the height of the
Moreover, about the space | interval of the
In addition, since the covered
Thus, the coating | covering
By the way, the
In the covering
Moreover, in the covering
By the way, when the rotary instrument is mounted on the rotary
In the covering material separating tool of the present embodiment configured as described above, the rotational driving force for rotating the pressure contact roller is due to the electric rotary tool or the manual handle, and the power is smaller than that of a large motor. Then, it is possible to separate the
Further, the covering
As mentioned above, although an example of the covering
For example, the
Further, the height of the
Furthermore, although the height of the
In short, by changing the setting of the interval between the
