Description

旋回膜をインプラントの長さ分近位側に引き戻すことによりデバイス内のインプラントベッドから自己拡張インプラントを解放するためのデバイスにおいて、前記旋回膜が、前記インプラントの遠位端まで遠位側に延在する内側スリーブと、前記内側スリーブの遠位端から近位側に延在する外側スリーブとを備え、前記解放を行うこときに、前記外側スリーブが、その遠位端の近位側において前記内側スリーブの残りの管腔外表面上で前記内側スリーブの前記遠位端を近位側に引き戻す、デバイスであって、
スリッタが、前記外側スリーブと同時期に近位側に移動させられ、それにより前記内側スリーブが段階的に切断され、これが、前記内側スリーブ内の遠位側の位置から開始され、前記内側スリーブの長手方向に沿って近位側に進行することを特徴とするデバイス。
[形態2]
前記外側スリーブが複数の貫通スリットを備え、前記複数の貫通スリットの各々が、前記インプラントベッドの長さの20%未満の長さを有し、前記貫通スリットの各々が、前記スリットの対向表面の間に隙間を開けることにより、前記外側スリーブの管腔内の前記インプラントの大きい直径の領域上を、前記外側スリーブの一部分が近位側に前進するときに、前記スリットを含む前記外側スリーブの一部分の直径を局所的に一時的に増大させることを可能にする、形態1に記載のデバイス。
[形態3]
前記スリットの第1のセットが前記外側スリーブの長手方向に沿って同一線上に配置され、前記スリットの少なくとも1つの別のセットが同一線上に配置され、前記第1のセットの線が、同一線上のスリットの前記別のセットまたは各々の別のセットの線から等間隔に離間される、形態2に記載のデバイス。
[形態4]
前記スリッタが、その切断動作が前記ステントベッドの前記遠位端のところまたはその付近の位置で開始されるように、配置される、前記形態1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
[形態5]
前記旋回膜を近位側に引っ張るためのプルワイヤを含む、前記形態1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
[形態6]
前記スリッタが、前記プルワイヤと同様に、前記デバイスを通る同一の長手方向直径面内にある、形態5に記載のデバイス。
[形態7]
前記デバイスが長手方向シャフトを有し、前記外側スリーブの近位端が、前記シャフト上を近位側に摺動することができるカラーに取り付けられる、前記形態1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
[形態8]
前記シャフトがガイドワイヤ管腔を画定する、形態7に記載のデバイス。
[形態9]
前記内側スリーブおよび前記スリッタが、前記インプラントベッドの近位側において前記シャフトに結合される、形態7または8に記載のデバイス。
[形態10]
前記スリッタが、前記インプラントベッドの長手方向に延びさらに前記内側スリーブ内の孔を通って径方向外側へと通過しさらに前記内側スリーブと前記外側スリーブとの間で近位側に戻るように延びて前記インプラントベッドの近位側の位置に達するワイヤであり、前記スリッタがここから近位側に引っ張られ得、それにより前記孔から開始して前記内側スリーブが切断される、前記形態1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
[形態11]
前記旋回膜の材料が冷間引き抜きされたポリエチレンテレフタレート材料である、前記形態1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
Claims (10)
- 旋回膜をインプラントの長さ分近位側に引き戻すことによりデバイス内のインプラントベッドから自己拡張インプラントを解放するためのデバイスにおいて、前記旋回膜が、前記インプラントの遠位端まで遠位側に延在する内側スリーブと、前記内側スリーブの遠位端から近位側に延在する外側スリーブとを備え、前記解放を行うこときに、前記外側スリーブが、その遠位端の近位側において前記内側スリーブの残りの管腔外表面上で前記内側スリーブの前記遠位端を近位側に引き戻す、デバイスであって、
スリッタが、前記外側スリーブと同時期に近位側に移動させられ、それにより前記内側スリーブが段階的に切断され、これが、前記内側スリーブ内の遠位側の位置から開始され、前記内側スリーブの長手方向に沿って近位側に進行し、
前記スリッタが、その切断動作が前記ステントベッドの前記遠位端のところまたはその付近の位置で開始されるように、配置されることを特徴とするデバイス。 - 前記外側スリーブが複数の貫通スリットを備え、前記複数の貫通スリットの各々が、前記インプラントベッドの長さの20%未満の長さを有し、前記貫通スリットの各々が、前記スリットの対向表面の間に隙間を開けることにより、前記外側スリーブの管腔内の前記インプラントの大きい直径の領域上を、前記外側スリーブの一部分が近位側に前進するときに、前記スリットを含む前記外側スリーブの一部分の直径を局所的に一時的に増大させることを可能にする、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記スリットの第1のセットが前記外側スリーブの長手方向に沿って同一線上に配置され、前記スリットの少なくとも1つの別のセットが同一線上に配置され、前記第1のセットの線が、同一線上のスリットの前記別のセットまたは各々の別のセットの線から等間隔に離間される、請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記旋回膜を近位側に引っ張るためのプルワイヤを含む、前記請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記スリッタが、前記プルワイヤと同様に、前記デバイスを通る同一の長手方向直径面内にある、請求項4に記載のデバイス。
- 前記デバイスが長手方向シャフトを有し、前記外側スリーブの近位端が、前記シャフト上を近位側に摺動することができるカラーに取り付けられる、前記請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記シャフトがガイドワイヤ管腔を画定する、請求項6に記載のデバイス。
- 前記内側スリーブおよび前記スリッタが、前記インプラントベッドの近位側において前記シャフトに結合される、請求項6または7に記載のデバイス。
- 前記スリッタが、前記インプラントベッドの長手方向に延びさらに前記内側スリーブ内の孔を通って径方向外側へと通過しさらに前記内側スリーブと前記外側スリーブとの間で近位側に戻るように延びて前記インプラントベッドの近位側の位置に達するワイヤであり、前記スリッタがここから近位側に引っ張られ得、それにより前記孔から開始して前記内側スリーブが切断される、前記請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記旋回膜の材料が、分子格子が異方性を有するポリエチレンテレフタレート材料である、前記請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
