Description
a)鎖状低密度ポリエチレン60〜80%w/w、
b)鎖状中密度ポリエチレン5〜25%w/w、
c)エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体5〜25%w/wを含む組成物を使用して射出成形プロセスによって一体成形されているチューブを提供する。
a)i.鎖状低密度ポリエチレン60〜80%w/w、
ii.鎖状中密度ポリエチレン5〜25%w/w、
iii.エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体5〜25%w/w
を含む組成物を含む溶解物を型に注入するステップと、
b)型を冷却するステップと、
c)チューブを取り出すステップと、
を含むプロセスを提供する。
a)鎖状低密度ポリエチレン60〜80%w/w、
b)鎖状中密度ポリエチレン5〜25%w/w、
c)エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体5〜25%w/wを含む組成物を使用して射出成形プロセスによって一体成形されている。
本発明のチューブを作製するプロセス
射出成形プロセスによって図1のチューブを作製するプロセスは、以下のように記載される:
(a)ポリマー[LLDPE(70%)+LMDPE(15%)+EVA(15%)]のペレット/粉末が、ホッパーから射出成形機に供給される。
チューブのスクイーズ性は、チューブをFair&Lovely(R)(Hindustan Unilever)スキンクリームで満たし、底部をヒートシールすることによって測定された。破断ヘッドは、チューブ本体から分離されて口を露出した。チューブは、親指と人指し指の間で手動でスクイーズされて、チューブ口から材料を分注した。スクイーズ性は、「スクイーズすることが容易」(Y)または「スクイーズすることが困難で難しい」(N)として定性的に評価された。
破断ヘッド用の破断力の測定は、万能試験機(UTM)を使用して行われる。テスト用のテスト速度は、33mm/分であった。実施例1のチューブは、備品に挿入され、UTMの移動プラテンのグリッパー/ホルダー間に取り付けられた。その後、テストが開始され、荷重(10kg)が最高部で静止する間に、移動プラテンは上がり始めた。荷重がチューブ内に設けられた脆弱な要素で加えられるようにチューブの位置は調整される。次いで、破断ヘッドを分離するための破断力が記録された。破断ヘッド用の破断力は、12〜15Nの範囲にあることが分かった(16サンプル)。この破断力は、チューブヘッドがチューブ本体から容易に分離されることができることを示す。
Claims (9)
- 脆弱な要素(4)を介して破断ヘッド(3)に接続された口(6)を含むチューブ本体(2)を含み、前記ヘッドは前記口を閉鎖するチューブ(1)であって、
前記ヘッドは、プラグ要素(10)を含み、前記プラグ要素の外輪郭および前記口の内輪郭は、適切に係合可能に構成されており、前記チューブは、
a)鎖状低密度ポリエチレン60〜80%w/w、
b)鎖状中密度ポリエチレン5〜25%w/w、
c)エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体5〜25%w/wを含む組成物を使用して形成されている、チューブ。 - 前記鎖状低密度ポリエチレンが、40〜60g/10分のメルトフローインデックスを有する、請求項1記載のチューブ。
- 前記鎖状中密度ポリエチレンが、3〜5.5g/10分のメルトフローインデックスを有する、請求項1または2に記載のチューブ。
- 前記エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体が、10〜40g/10分のメルトフローインデックスを有する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のチューブ。
- 前記チューブ本体が、前記口に隣接し該口の方に向けて先細りになっている肩部(5)を有する、請求項1から4のうちのいずれか一項に記載のチューブ。
- 前記口を囲むリング要素(7)を含む、請求項1から5のうちのいずれか一項に記載のチューブ。
- 前記破断ヘッド内の前記プラグ要素が、前記口用の閉鎖可能手段として使用される、請求項1から6のうちのいずれか一項に記載のチューブ。
- 前記脆弱な要素が、前記チューブの軸に沿った最小断面を有する、請求項1から7のうちのいずれか一項に記載のチューブ。
- 請求項1から8のうちのいずれか一項に記載のチューブを作製するプロセスであって、
a)i.鎖状低密度ポリエチレン60〜80%w/w、
ii.鎖状中密度ポリエチレン5〜25%w/w、
iii.エチレン酢酸ビニルの5〜25%w/w
を含む組成物を含む溶解物を型に注入するステップと、
b)前記型を冷却するステップと、
c)前記チューブを型外しするステップと、
を含むプロセス。
