Description
Claims (10)
- 電源部と、
前記電源部の信号が入力されるLEDアレイと、
前記LEDアレイと連結されるICと、
前記ICで認識される出力電流を徐々に増加させる突入電流制限部と、を含み、
前記突入電流制限部は、周波数調節部及び電流調節部のうち、少なくとも1つを含み、
前記周波数調節部は、第1FET、第1キャパシタ、及び第1抵抗を含み、前記第1抵抗は一端が接地と連結され、他端が前記第1FETのゲートと連結され、
前記電流調節部は、第2FET、第2キャパシタ、及び第2抵抗を含み、前記第2キャパシタは一端が接地と連結され、他端が前記第2FETのゲートと連結されることを特徴とする、LED駆動回路。 - 前記第1FETは、N型FETであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のLED駆動回路。
- 前記N型FETのドレインに連結された抵抗を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のLED駆動回路。
- 前記第2FETはN型FETであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のLED駆動回路。
- 前記N型FETのドレインに連結された抵抗を含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のLED駆動回路。
- 前記周波数調節部及び電流調節部は同時に備えられ、前記周波数調節部及び電流調節部は並列に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のLED駆動回路。
- 前記周波数調節部及び電流調節部は、電圧分配抵抗により分圧された電圧が入力されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のLED駆動回路。
- 前記電圧分配抵抗により分圧された電圧は直列に連結された第4抵抗を通じて電流調節部に入力され、直列に連結された第1キャパシタを通じて周波数調節部に入力されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のLED駆動回路。
- 電源部と、
前記電源部の信号が入力されるLEDアレイと、
前記LEDアレイと連結されるICと、
前記ICで認識される出力電流を徐々に増加させる突入電流制限部と、を含み、
前記突入電流制限部は、周波数調節部及び電流調節部を含み、前記周波数調節部はP型FETを含み、前記電流調節部はN型FETを含み、前記P型FET及びN型FETのゲート端には同一な電圧が入力されることを特徴とする、LED駆動回路。 - 前記電流調節部は、FET、キャパシタ、及び抵抗を含み、前記キャパシタは一端が接地と連結され、他端が前記FETのゲートと連結されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のLED駆動回路。
