Claims (10)
- 可変タービン形状を有するターボチャージャ(15)であって、
ブレード軸受リング(2)を有するブレード軸受リング配置構造(1)と、流れダクト(4)を生成するように前記ブレード軸受リング(2)に固定されるディスク(3)とを有し、
前記ブレード軸受リング(2)に取り付けられた案内ブレード(5’)を有し、
前記流れダクト(4)の規定幅(B)を設定するように前記ブレード軸受リング(2)と前記ディスク(3)との間に配置されるスペーサ装置(5)を有し、
前記スペーサ装置(5)が、移動可能な入口案内ブレード(8)を有する入口案内格子(6)として形成され、前記入口案内ブレード(6)が各々スペーサピン(7)に配置され、前記スペーサピン(7)の第1の端部(7A)が前記ブレード軸受リング(2)に固定され、
各々の入口案内ブレード(8)が、外側円周領域(A)の前記ブレード軸受リング(2)に設けられた凹部(11)で案内される回転プレート(9)に配置される、
ターボチャージャ。 - 前記入口案内ブレード(8)が流線形の輪郭を有する、請求項1記載のターボチャージャ。
- 前記回転プレート(9)に、調整リング(10)の係合凹部(13)内に係合する係合ペグ(12)が設けられる、請求項1又は2に記載のターボチャージャ。
- 前記スペーサピン(7)の前記第1の端部(7A)が、前記凹部(11)内の前記ブレード軸受リング(2)に接続される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のターボチャージャ。
- 前記スペーサピン(7)の第2の端部(7B)が前記ディスク(3)に接続される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のターボチャージャ。
- 前記第1の端部(7A)及び前記第2の端部(7B)が各々、それぞれ前記ブレード軸受リング(2)と前記ディスク(3)とに溶接、好ましくは突き合わせ溶接される、請求項4又は5に記載のターボチャージャ。
- 前記凹部(11)が、前記ブレード軸受リング(2)の前記外側円周領域(A)の方向に開口するように形成される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のターボチャージャ。
- 前記係合凹部(13)が、湾曲して延びるスロットとして形成される、請求項3〜7のいずれか一項に記載のターボチャージャ。
- 前記スペーサピン(7)が前記回転プレート(9)と前記入口案内ブレード(8)とを通って延びる、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のターボチャージャ。
- ブレード軸受リング配置構造(1)を製造するための方法であって、次の方法ステップ:
スペーサピン(7)をブレード軸受リング(2)の凹部(11)内に配置するステップと、
調整リング(10)を前記ブレード軸受リング(2)の外側円周領域(A)に配置するステップと、
各々1つの入口案内ブレード(8)が設けられた回転プレートを前記スペーサピン(7)に取り付け、前記回転プレート(9)の挿入ペグ(12)を前記調整リング(10)の関連の係合凹部(13)に挿入すると同時に、前記回転プレート(9)を前記ブレード軸受リングの前記凹部(11)内に配置するステップと、
案内ブレード(5’)を前記ブレード軸受リング(2)に取り付けるステップと、
前記案内ブレード(5’)をブレードレバーに接続するステップと、
前記スペーサピン(7)の第2の端部(7B)を前記ブレード軸受リング配置構造(1)のディスク(3)に接続するステップと、
を含む方法。
