Description
図1は本発明の実施の形態1における冷凍サイクル装置の冷媒回路図、図2は冷凍サイクル装置の構成概要図である。この冷凍サイクル装置は、圧縮機1と、第1電磁弁5と、四方弁2と、室外側熱交換器3と、第1LEV(減圧装置)8aと、第2LEV(減圧装置)8bと、室内側熱交換器10と、アキュムレータ4とを順次配管で接続した環状の第1冷媒流路を備えるとともに、第1LEV(減圧装置)8aと第2LEV(減圧装置)8bとの間から、圧縮機1と第1電磁弁5との間までを配管によって接続し、第3LEV(減圧装置)8cと、水冷媒熱交換器11と、第2電磁弁6とが順次配管で接続された第2冷媒流路を備えるものである。
この空調暖房運転では、四方弁2は圧縮機1からの吐出冷媒が第1電磁弁5を介して室内側熱交換器10へ流通し、そして室外側熱交換器3から流出した冷媒がアキュムレータ4へ流通するように設定される。第1電磁弁5は開状態、第2電磁弁6及び第3電磁弁7は閉状態に設定され、第3LEV(減圧装置)8cは全閉に設定される。
この給湯運転では、四方弁2は圧縮機1からの吐出冷媒が第2電磁弁6を介して水冷媒熱交換器11へ流通し、そして室外側熱交換器3から流出した冷媒がアキュムレータ4へ流通するように設定される。第2電磁弁6は開状態、第1電磁弁5及び第3電磁弁7は閉状態に設定され、第2LEV(減圧装置)8bは全閉に設定される。
この空調冷房給湯同時運転では、四方弁2は第1電磁弁5からの冷媒配管と室外側熱交換器3からの配管を接続し、そして室内側熱交換器10から流出した冷媒がアキュムレータ4へ流通するように設定される。第1電磁弁5は閉状態、第2電磁弁6及び第3電磁弁7は閉状態に設定され、第1LEV(減圧装置)8aは全閉に設定される。
Claims (4)
- 圧縮機、第1電磁弁、四方弁、室外側熱交換器、減圧装置、室内側熱交換器、アキュムレータを順次配管で接続した第1冷媒流路と、
前記圧縮機と前記第1電磁弁との間から前記減圧装置に接続する配管に第2電磁弁と水冷媒熱交換器を順次接続した第2冷媒流路と、
前記圧縮機のシェルを加熱する加熱手段と、
前記圧縮機の運転停止に連動して前記第1電磁弁および第2電磁弁を閉状態とするとともに、前記加熱手段により前記圧縮機を加熱するときは前記第1電磁弁を開状態に、そして前記第2電磁弁を閉状態に制御する制御装置と、
前記圧縮機のシェル表面温度を検出する圧縮機シェル温度センサと前記室外側熱交換器に通風される外気温度を検出する外気温度センサとを備え、前記加熱手段による圧縮機加熱運転の終了後、前記圧縮機シェル温度センサにより検知された圧縮機シェル温度が前記外気温度センサにより検知された外気温度より低くなったら前記第1電磁弁を閉状態とすることを特徴とする冷凍サイクル装置。 - 前記加熱手段により圧縮機加熱運転が行われるとき、前記四方弁は、前記第1電磁弁と前記室内側熱交換器を接続するとともに、前記アキュムレータと前記室外側熱交換器を接続するように設定されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
- 前記四方弁と前記室外側熱交換器を接続する配管と前記アキュムレータを接続する配管の間に第3電磁弁を設けたバイパス配管を備え、前記加熱手段により圧縮機加熱運転が行われるとき、前記四方弁が、前記第1電磁弁と前記室外側熱交換器を接続するとともに、前記アキュムレータと前記室内側熱交換器を接続するように設定された場合、前記第3電磁弁を開状態とすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
- 前記圧縮機のシェル表面温度を検出する圧縮機シェル温度センサと前記室外側熱交換器に通風される外気温度を検出する外気温度センサとを備え、前記圧縮機シェル温度センサにより検知された圧縮機シェル温度Taと前記外気温度センサにより検知された外気温度Tbを比較して、圧縮機シェル温度Taが外気温度Tbより所定温度α以上に低くなったら前記加熱手段による圧縮機加熱運転を開始し、圧縮機シェル温度Taが外気温度Tbより所定温度α以上に高くなったら前記加熱手段による圧縮機加熱運転を終了することを特徴とする請求項1記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
