図1〜図3を参照して、本発明の第1実施形態に係るリニアアクチュエータ100について説明する。図1は、リニアアクチュエータ100の収縮状態における軸方向断面図であり、図2は、図1におけるA−A断面図であり、図3は、図1におけるB−B断面図である。
図4〜6を参照して、本発明の第2実施形態に係るリニアアクチュエータ200について説明する。図4は、本発明の第2実施形態に係るリニアアクチュエータの収縮状態における軸方向断面図であり、図5は、図4におけるC−C断面図であり、図6は、図4におけるD−D断面図である。

Claims (2)
- リニアアクチュエータにおいて、
内側に円筒状のヨークによって保持される複数のコイルが設けられる本体部と、
前記ヨーク内を軸方向に移動自在なロッドと、
前記ロッドに軸方向に並んで保持され、前記複数のコイルと対向するように配設される複数の永久磁石と、を備え、
前記本体部の内周面には、前記複数のコイルに接続される配線が収容される溝が軸線方向に設けられ、
前記ヨークの外周面には、軸線方向に溝が設けられ、
前記配線は、前記本体部の前記溝と前記ヨークの前記溝とで形成される空間に収容されることを特徴とするリニアアクチュエータ。 - 前記本体部と前記ヨークとの相対回転を防止する回り止め部材を、さらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリニアアクチュエータ。
