Claims (11)
- 時間領域NMR計器内に試料を配置する工程、試料の時間領域NMR応答を測定する工程を含む、時間領域NMR計器で時間領域NMR応答を測定するのに必要な時間を短縮する方法であって、
試料を、時間領域NMR計器のマグネットの温度より高いヒーター温度で、ヒーター温度で試料を蒸煮するのを避けるのに十分なほど短い加熱期間で加熱し;
その後、加熱試料を、マグネット温度と実質的に等しい内部温度を有する時間領域NMR計器内に、あるマグネット期間、配置し;そして
その後、時間領域NMR計器を用いて加熱試料の時間領域NMR応答を測定する
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 試料をヒーター温度で加熱する工程が、伝導加熱を用いて試料を加熱することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ヒーター温度が約60℃〜80℃である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 加熱期間が約30秒〜60秒である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- マグネット温度が約40℃である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- マグネット期間は、加熱試料の温度がマグネット温度とほぼ等しくなるのに十分なほど長い、請求項1に記載の方法。
- マグネット期間が約60秒以下である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 試料が脂肪を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 試料が乾燥している、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 試料をヒーター温度で加熱する工程の前に、試料を秤量することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第2試料をヒーター温度で、加熱期間、加熱し;
その後、第2試料を、マグネット温度と等しい内部温度を有する時間領域NMR計器内に、マグネット期間、配置し;そして
その後、時間領域NMR計器を用いて時間領域NMR測定を実施する
ことを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
