Claims (7)
- 高分子物質で形成され、多数の気孔を有するウェブ状に形成される通音層と、
前記通音層の少なくとも一面に形成され、前記通音層の表面上の気孔を塞ぐようにコーティングされるコーティング層とを含み、
前記コーティング層は、
前記通音層の一面に形成され、前記通音層の一面の表面上の気孔を塞ぐようにコーティングされる第1コーティング層と、
前記通音層の他面に形成され、前記通音層の他面の表面上の気孔を塞ぐようにコーティングされる第2コーティング層とを含むことを特徴とする、防水通音シート。 - 前記高分子物質は、ポリビニリデンジフルオライド(PVDF;Polyvinylidene difluoride)を含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の防水通音シート。
- 前記通音層および前記コーティング層の全体的な空気透過度は、125psiで0.1cfm未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の防水通音シート。

前記通音層の他面に形成され、前記通音層の他面の表面上の気孔を塞ぐようにコーティングされる第2コーティング層とを含むことを特徴とする、防水通音シートの製造方法。 - 前記コーティング層を形成するステップでは、
前記通音層の少なくとも一面に、グラビアコーティング工程、ディッピング工程、およびスプレー工程の中から選択される1つの工程を用いて前記通音層の表面上の気孔を塞ぐように前記コーティング層を形成することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の防水通音シートの製造方法。 - 前記高分子物質は、ポリビニリデンジフルオライド(PVDF;Polyvinylidene difluoride)を含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の防水通音シートの製造方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の防水通音シートが音響ホールに付着していることを特徴とする、電子機器。
