Claims (3)
- 炭素系固体原料及び酸化剤を供給するバーナが上下段に設置され可燃性ガスを生成するガス化室と該ガス化室の下流側の流路断面積を減少させて前記可燃性ガスを該ガス化室から排出する絞り部と該絞り部の下流側で前記可燃性ガスを冷却する熱回収部とを有するガス化炉と、
前記ガス化炉から排出される前記可燃性ガスに同伴されるチャーを回収するチャー回収装置と、該チャー回収装置で回収された前記チャーを前記ガス化炉の前記ガス化室に搬送するチャー搬送装置と、
前記チャー回収装置を通過した前記可燃性ガスに水蒸気を供給して水素及び二酸化炭素を生成させるシフト反応装置と、
前記シフト反応装置を通過した前記可燃性ガスから二酸化炭素を分離して回収する二酸化炭素分離回収装置と、
前記二酸化炭素分離回収装置で回収された前記二酸化炭素の一部を前記炭素系固体原料の搬送用ガスとして供給するとともに前記チャーの搬送用ガスとして供給する二酸化炭素供給装置とを有するガス化システムにおいて、
前記ガス化炉の前記ガス化室に水蒸気を供給する第1の水蒸気供給管を備え、
前記第1の水蒸気供給管は、前記ガス化室から排出される前記チャーの排出量及び前記ガス化室のガス温度に応じて、前記水蒸気の供給量を調節する第1の供給量調節装置を備えることを特徴とするガス化システム。 - 前記絞り部に水蒸気を供給する第2の水蒸気供給管を備え、
前記第2の水蒸気供給管は、前記絞り部又は該絞り部の近傍のガス温度に応じて、前記水蒸気の供給量を調節する第2の供給量調節装置を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス化システム。 - 前記第1と第2の供給量調節装置は、前記ガス化室及び前記絞り部に供給する水蒸気の供給量と前記シフト反応装置に供給する水蒸気の供給量との合計が設定流量となるように調節されてなる請求項2に記載のガス化システム。
