Description
この実施形態の保持器の製造方法においては、図7に示したような加工前素材6に対して鍔部形成加工を施して保持器を製造することとしており、さらに、上記の加工前素材6を得るために、図1、図2及び図3に示すように、片側拡径加工品5を作製するようにしている。図1に示した作製方法では、規定長さに切断された円管1に対してプレス成形を行うことで片側拡径加工品5を作製している。また、図2に示した作製方法では、絞り加工により形成したカップ状部材2に対して底抜き加工を施すことにより円管部材3を作製し、この円管部材3に対してプレス成形を行うことで片側拡径加工品5を作製している。また、図3に示した作製方法では、絞り加工により形成した片側拡径底付き円筒部材4に対して底抜き加工を施すことにより片側拡径加工品5を作製している。

Claims (9)
- 小径部と、小径部の両側の大径部と、小径部と大径部を繋ぐ傾斜部とを有し鍔状部が未形成である加工前素材における少なくとも上記小径部の内周面側を、上記加工前素材の内側に挿入した受け部材の外周面により受けるとともに、上記加工前素材の小径部および大径部の外周面側をダイスにより拘束し、下パンチで小径部と一方の大径部の内周を拘束し、鍔状部となる片側端部の外周を未拘束状態で、先端に凸状部を形成した押圧部材により加工前素材の鍔状部となる片側端部を押圧することにより、鍔状部を形成することを特徴とする保持器の製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載の保持器の製造方法において、上記片側端部の面粗度が上記凸状部の周面部の面粗度の影響を受けるように上記押圧部材による押圧を行うことを特徴とする保持器の製造方法。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載の保持器の製造方法において、上記片側端部の折り曲げ箇所の肉厚が上記加工前素材の板厚よりも増大するように上記押圧部材による押圧を行うことを特徴とする保持器の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の保持器の製造方法において、上記ダイスは、可動に設けられた分割ダイスからなり、この分割ダイスによって上記加工前素材における上記小径部の外周面側及び上記大径部の外周面側を拘束することを特徴とする保持器の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の保持器の製造方法において、上記ダイスは、可動に設けられた分割ダイスと固定ダイスとからなり、上記分割ダイスによって上記加工前素材における上記小径部の外周面側を拘束し、上記固定ダイスによって上記加工前素材における上記大径部の外周面側を拘束することを特徴とする保持器の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の保持器の製造方法において、上記加工前素材の片側端部に鍔状部を形成するときに、上記受け部材として、径が上記加工前素材における上記小径部の内径と同径である小径型部及び、径が上記加工前素材における上記大径部の内径と同径である大径型部を有する第1受け部材を用い、上記片側の鍔状部が形成された上記加工前素材の他の側の端部に鍔状部を形成するときに、上記受け部材として、径が上記加工前素材における上記小径部の内径と同径である小径型部からなる第2受け部材を用いることを特徴とする保持器の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の保持器の製造方法において、上記受け部材として、径が上記加工前素材における上記小径部の内径と同径である小径型部からなる受け部材を用いるとともに、上記加工前素材を挟み込むように配置された二つの押圧部材を同時に動作させて上記加工前素材の両側の端部に鍔状部を同時に形成することを特徴とする保持器の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の保持器の製造方法において、上記加工前素材の上記大径部を形成する段階で、上記加工前素材の上記傾斜部における傾斜角度よりも緩い傾斜角度の傾斜部形成部を有する粗仕上げ拡径型部材を用いるプレス工程を含むことを特徴とする保持器の製造方法。
- 請求項8に記載の保持器の製造方法において、上記傾斜部形成部の角度は上記加工前素材の上記傾斜部における傾斜角度の40〜70%であることを特徴とする保持器の製造方法。
