Description

Claims (22)
- 骨誘導活性または軟骨誘導活性を有し、配列番号2のアミノ酸配列に対して少なくとも97%同一であるアミノ酸配列を備える、115残基以下のペプチドと、
コラゲナーゼと、
を含む組成物。 - 前記アミノ酸配列が、配列番号2のアミノ酸配列に対して100%同一であるアミノ酸配列を含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記ペプチドが配列番号2のアミノ酸配列からなる、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- 融合タンパク質とコラゲナーゼとを含み、前記融合タンパク質が第1のペプチドと第2のペプチドを含み、
前記第1のペプチドが、配列番号2のアミノ酸配列に対して少なくとも97%同一であるアミノ酸配列を含む、115残基以下のペプチドであり、
前記第2のペプチドが、精製タグをコードするペプチドまたは核移行シグナルをコードするペプチドである、
