Description
Claims (30)
- ステント上にマイクロパターンを大量転写する方法であって、
上に非導電性マスクを収容することができる外径を有する金属電極を提供することと、
前記金属電極の前記外径を前記非導電性マスクでコーティングし、マスクされた電極を作出することと、
前記マスクされた電極の外径上に前記マイクロパターンを定義することと、
前記マスクされた電極上に前記ステントを載せることであって、前記ステントの内径が前記マスクされた電極の前記外径に接している状態であることと、
電気化学微細加工により前記ステントの前記内径上に前記マイクロパターンを転写することと、を含む、方法。 - 前記金属電極はステンレススチール、真鍮、銅、グラファイト、モリブデン、銀、タングステン、およびプラチナからなる群から選択される金属からなる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記非導電性マスク材料はポリマー、セラミック、および酸化物からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ステントはステンレススチール、コバルト‐クロム、ニチノール、MP35N、プラチナ‐クロム、およびタンタル‐チタンからなる群から選択される金属からなる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティングは真空蒸着により行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記マイクロパターンを定義することは、前記マスクされた電極の前記外径をレーザ切除し、前記マイクロパターンを作出することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記マスクされた電極の前記外径を切除するための前記レーザはフェムト秒レーザ、エキシマレーザ、水仲介レーザ、およびレーザ使用化学機械加工からなる群から選択される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記マイクロパターンを転写することは、前記ステントおよび前記マスクされた電極を電気的に接触させることと、電解質溶液を提供することと、機械加工間隙内で前記ステントの前記内径を電気化学微細加工することとをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記機械加工間隙は一方で前記マスクされた電極と、および他方で前記ステントの前記内径と境を接する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記電解質溶液はKCl、不飽和AgCl、NaCl、LiCl、NaHCO3、NaOH、生理食塩水、H2SO4、HF、およびH3PO4からなる群から選択される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記マスクされた電極から前記ステントを除去することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 医療装置にマイクロパターンを大量転写する方法であって、
導電性材料を含んでおり、外面を有する電極を提供する工程と、
前記電極の前記外面を非導電性材料でコーティングし、マスクされた電極を作出する工程と、
前記マスクされた電極の外面に前記マイクロパターンを定義する工程と、
前記マスクされた電極上に前記医療装置を載せる工程であって、前記医療装置の内面が前記マスクされた電極の前記外面に接している状態である、工程と、
電気化学微細加工により前記医療装置の前記内面に前記マイクロパターンを転写する工程と、を含む、方法。 - 前記電極はステンレススチール、真鍮、銅、グラファイト、モリブデン、銀、タングステン、およびプラチナからなる群から選択される導電性材料からなる、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記非導電性材料はポリマー、セラミック、および酸化物からなる群から選択される材料を含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記医療装置はステンレススチール、コバルト‐クロム、ニチノール、MP35N、プラチナ‐クロム、およびタンタル‐チタンからなる群から選択される材料からなる、請求項12に記載の方法。
- コーティングすることは真空蒸着をさらに含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記マイクロパターンを定義する工程は、前記マスクされた電極の前記外面をレーザ切除し、前記マイクロパターンを作出することをさらに含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記マスクされた電極の前記外面を切除するための前記レーザはフェムト秒レーザ、エキシマレーザ、水仲介レーザ、およびチャープパルス増幅型Ti‐サファイア製レーザシステムからなる群から選択される、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記マイクロパターンを転写する工程は、
a.前記医療装置および前記マスクされた電極を電気的に接触させる工程と、
b.電解質溶液を提供する工程と、
c.前記医療装置および前記マスクされた電極を前記電解質溶液中に配置する工程と、
d.機械加工間隙内で前記医療装置の前記内面を微細加工する工程と、
をさらに含む、請求項12に記載の方法。 - 前記機械加工間隙は一方で前記電極の前記外面と、および他方で前記医療装置の前記内面と境を接する、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記電解質溶液はKCl、不飽和AgCl、NaCl、LiCl、NaHCO 3 、NaOH、生理食塩水、H 2 SO 4 、HF、およびH 3 PO 4 からなる群から選択された電解質を含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記マスクされた電極から前記医療装置を除去する工程をさらに含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 微細加工する工程は、パルス状電流を用いて電気化学微細加工する工程をさらに含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
- レーザ切除することは、カバー気体を使用することをさらに含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記マイクロパターンは、正方形、U形、三角形、V形、長方形、及びキー溝形からなる群から選択される断面配置をさらに含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記電解質溶液から前記医療装置および前記マスクされた電極を取り除く工程と、前記医療装置および前記マスクされた電極を洗浄および乾燥する工程と、をさらに含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記医療装置の前記内面に転写された前記マイクロパターンの深さは、約0.5ミクロンと約10ミクロンの間である、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記電極の前記外面における前記非導電性材料のコーティングは厚みを有しており、前記医療装置の前記内面に転写された前記マイクロパターンの深さは、前記非導電性材料のコーティングの厚みより小さい、請求項12に記載の方法。
- コーティングすることは、浸漬、スプレイコーティング、エアブラシ、成層、または、化学的蒸気析出技術を含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 医療装置にマイクロパターンを大量転写する方法であって、
a.導電性材料を含んでおり、外面を有する電極を提供する工程と、
b.前記電極の前記外面を非導電性材料でコーティングし、マスクされた電極を作出する工程と、
c.前記マスクされた電極の外面に前記マイクロパターンを定義する工程と、
d.前記マスクされた電極上に前記医療装置を載せる工程であって、前記医療装置の内面が前記マスクされた電極の前記外面に接している状態である、工程と、
e.電気化学微細加工により前記医療装置の前記内面に前記マイクロパターンを転写する工程と、
f.前記マスクされた電極から前記医療装置を除去する工程と、
を含む、方法。
