Description
このように調節可能なレンズ又はミラーは、レーザー源12から発するレーザービーム14を拡張するビーム拡張器に含まれてもよい。ビーム拡張器は、例えば、ガリレオ望遠鏡として構成されてもよい。
マスク40は、レーザービーム14全体を実質的に覆うために必要な大きさになっている。四角のマスク40が示されているが、正多角形又は不規則な多角形あるいは円のような、凸形状も考えられる。
Claims (8)
- 眼科用レーザー装置であって、
前面と背面を構成する圧平部品を有するインターフェース装置と結合可能であり、
所定の形状を有し、レーザービームを前記圧平部品を通して焦点に集束させることに適合した光学部品と、
前記前面から反射するスプリアス反射と、前記背面から反射する標準反射とを重畳した像を検出することに適合した検出部品と、
前記重畳した像から、前記スプリアス反射を数値的に取り除き、前記標準反射と本質的に同一であるフィルタリングされた像を作り出し、前記フィルタリングされた像に基づいて前記レーザービームの焦点の深さ方向における位置を決定することに適合した処理装置とを含むものであることを特徴とする眼科用レーザー装置。 - 前記眼科用レーザー装置は、前記レーザービームの少なくとも一部を覆うマスクを含み、前記光学部品は、前記所定の形状を作り出すために前記マスクを通る前記レーザービームを集束することに適合したものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の眼科用レーザー装置。
- 前記スプリアス反射を取り除くための処理装置は、
前記重畳した像と所定の参照パターンとを畳み込んで補助像を作り出し、
前記補助像を評価して最高強度を有する最大点を確認し、
前記最大点の位置に基づいて前記参照パターンの位置を変更し、
前記重畳した像を、前記位置を変更した参照パターンで乗算して、前記標準反射を作り出すことに適合したものであることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の眼科用レーザー装置。 - 前記参照パターンは、中心点を含み、前記処理装置は、前記中心点及び前記最大点の前記位置が重なるように前記参照パターンの位置を変更することに適合したものであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の眼科用レーザー装置。
- 前記重畳した像と前記参照パターンとの前記畳み込みは、周波数領域における乗算として行われるものであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の眼科用レーザー装置。
- 前記処理装置は、
前記重畳した像にフーリエ変換を適用し、
前記フーリエ変換された重畳した像を、前記参照パターンのフーリエ変換で乗算して、変換された補助像を作り出し、
前記変換された補助像を、逆フーリエ変換して、前記補助像を作り出すものであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の眼科用レーザー装置。 - 前記圧平部品の前記背面は、診察される眼球に当接することに適合したものであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の眼科用レーザー装置。
- レーザーシステムであって、
請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の眼科用レーザー装置と、
前記眼科用レーザー装置に結合可能であり、前記眼科用レーザー装置により生じるレーザービームに対して透明及び/又は半透明である圧平部品を有するインターフェース装置とを有し、
前記圧平部品は、前面と背面を構成するものであることを特徴とするレーザーシステム。
