本発明の第6の態様は、前記延長部材が前記中空チゼルの遠位端の外へと押される時、前記カテーテルと前記中空チゼルは共に支持カテーテルを有する第1の態様における医療装置である。
本発明の第7の態様は、前記中空チゼルは形状記憶材料を有する第1の態様における医療装置である。
本発明の第8の態様は、前記形状記憶材料はニチノールである第7の態様における医療装置である。
本発明の第9の態様は、前記延長部材はガイドワイヤ、カテーテル又は繊維である第1の態様における医療装置である。
本発明の第10の態様は、穿孔カテーテルと、該穿孔カテーテルの長手軸線に沿って可動な延長部材と、その遠位端近傍にサイドポートを有し、該サイドポートを介して前記穿孔カテーテル又は前記延長部材が移動可能なリエントリカテーテルと、を有する医療装置である。
本発明の第11の態様は、前記リエントリカテーテルはその遠位端近傍に傾斜路を有し、該傾斜路が作動されない時、前記サイドポートは閉じ、前記傾斜路が作動される時、サイドポートは開いて、サイドポートを通って前記穿孔カテーテル又は前記延長部材を導くように前記傾斜路が提供される第10の態様における医療装置である。
本発明の第12の態様は、前記延長部材及び前記穿孔カテーテルの遠位端が前記サイドポートから離れた位置にある時、前記傾斜路は作動されず、前記延長部材及び前記穿孔カテーテルの遠位端が前記サイドポートに隣接する時、前記傾斜路が作動される第11の態様における医療装置である。
本発明の第13の態様は、前記延長部材が前記穿孔カテーテルの遠位端を通りその外へと押される時、前記穿孔カテーテルは支持カテーテルとなる第10の態様における医療装置である。
本発明の第14の態様は、前記穿孔カテーテルは、近位端及び遠位端を備えたカテーテルと、その中にチゼル通路を有すると共に近位端と遠位端、及び該遠位端にある先端を有する中空チゼルと、を有し、前記中空チゼルの近位端は前記カテーテルの遠位端に隣接し、前記先端は、前記延長部材の選択的な軸線方向変位に応じて、前記先端が前記長手軸線に接近して配置される第1の位置と、前記先端が該第1の位置から離れて置かれる第2の位置との間で移動可能である第10の態様における医療装置である。
本発明の第15の態様は、前記延長部材が前記チゼル通路から取り外されて前記中空チゼルは作動されて鋭利な先端を形成する第14の態様における医療装置である。
本発明の第16の態様は、前記支持カテーテルはその全長に亘って略円形の断面を有する第13の態様における医療装置である。
本発明の第17の態様は、前記傾斜路は形状記憶材料を有する第11の態様における医療装置である。
本発明の第18の態様は、前記形状記憶材料はニチノールである第17の態様における医療装置である。
本発明の第19の態様は、前記延長部材はガイドワイヤ、カテーテル又は繊維である第10の態様における医療装置である。
本発明の第20の態様は、延長部材と、その遠位端近傍にサイドポートと傾斜路を有し、該傾斜路が作動されない時、前記サイドポートは閉じ、前記傾斜路が作動される時、サイドポートは開いて、サイドポートを通って前記延長部材を導くように前記傾斜路が提供されるリエントリカテーテルと、を有する医療装置。
本発明の第21の態様は、前記延長部材はガイドワイヤ、カテーテル又は繊維である第20の態様における医療装置である。
本発明の第22の態様は、前記カテーテルは穿孔カテーテルである第21の態様における医療装置である。
本発明の第23の態様は、前記リエントリカテーテルは、ガイドワイヤを除去した状態では完全に作動しない半作動型の傾斜路を有する第20の態様における医療装置である。
本発明の第24の態様は、前記傾斜路は、ガイドワイヤより大きな直径の延長部材により完全に作動される第23の態様における医療装置である。
本発明の第25の態様は、前記傾斜路は裂断可能な鞘を裂断するため、その直径が充分広い延長部材によって完全に作動される第24の態様における医療装置である。
Claims (12)
- 近位端及び遠位端を備えたカテーテルと、
その中にチゼル通路を有すると共に、近位端及び遠位端と、閉じた先端形状と開いた先端形状の間で移行するのに適した、該遠位端にある先端とを有する中空チゼルであって、前記中空チゼルの近位端は前記カテーテルの遠位端に隣接する中空チゼルと、
前記カテーテルと前記中空チゼルの長手軸線に沿って軸線方向に移動可能な延長部材と、を有し、
前記先端は、前記延長部材の選択的な軸線方向変位に応じて、前記先端が前記長手軸線に接近して配置される第1の位置と、前記先端が該第1の位置から離れて置かれる第2の位置との間で移動可能である医療装置。 - 前記先端は少なくとも2つの部分を有し、その内の少なくとも1つは前記延長部材の選択的な軸線方向変位に応じて移動可能である請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記延長部材が前記チゼル通路から引き抜かれた際には、鋭利な先端が生じる請求項2に記載の医療装置。
- 前記延長部材は、前記中空チゼルを、前記閉じた先端形状における鋭利な先端と、前記開いた先端形状における鈍い先端との間で作動させるためにチゼルの遠位端の内外で往復運動可能である請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記延長部材が前記中空チゼルの遠位端を通じてその外へと押される時、前記先端は前記開いた先端形状に開口する請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記延長部材が前記中空チゼルの遠位端の外へと押される時、前記カテーテルと前記中空チゼルは共に前記延長部材を支持する請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記中空チゼルは形状記憶材料を有する請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記形状記憶材料はニチノールである請求項7に記載の医療装置。
- 前記延長部材はガイドワイヤ、カテーテル又は繊維である請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- その中にチゼル通路を有すると共に、近位端及び遠位端と、閉じた先端形状と開いた先端形状の間で移行するのに適した、該遠位端にある先端とを有する中空チゼルを有する、穿孔カテーテルと、
該穿孔カテーテルの長手軸線に沿って可動な延長部材と、
その遠位端近傍にサイドポートを有し、該サイドポートを介して前記穿孔カテーテル又は前記延長部材が移動可能なリエントリカテーテルと、を有する医療装置。 - 前記穿孔カテーテルは、近位端及び遠位端を備えたカテーテルを有し、前記中空チゼルの近位端は前記カテーテルの遠位端に隣接し、
前記先端は、前記延長部材の選択的な軸線方向変位に応じて、前記先端が前記長手軸線に接近して配置される第1の位置と、前記先端が該第1の位置から離れて置かれる第2の位置との間で移動可能である請求項10に記載の医療装置。 - 前記延長部材が前記チゼル通路から取り外されて前記中空チゼルは作動されて鋭利な先端を形成する請求項11に記載の医療装置。
