Claims (7)
- シャフト(14)と、
前記シャフト(14)に対して軸線方向に沿って移動可能に前記シャフト(14)の外面側に配設された管状の内側シース(18)と、
前記内側シース(18)に対して軸線方向に沿って摺動可能に前記内側シース(18)の外面側に配設された管状の外側シース(16)と、
前記シャフト(14)と前記内側シース(18)との間に自己拡張可能な状態で収納されたステント(12)と、を備え、
前記内側シース(18)の先端部には、前記外側シース(16)よりも柔軟に構成されて少なくとも前記ステント(12)の先端が収納される拡張規制部(34、34a、34b)が形成され、
前記拡張規制部(34、34a、34b)は、前記外側シース(16)を後退させて前記外側シース(16)の外部に露出させた状態で、前記ステント(12)の先端の外径が前記外側シース(16)の内径(Da)よりも大きい第1の径(D1)となるように前記ステント(12)の拡張を規制し、
前記ステント(12)は、前記内側シース(18)を後退させて前記内側シース(18)の外部に露出させた状態で、前記ステント(12)の先端の外径が前記第1の径(D1)よりも大きい第2の径(D2)となるように拡張する、
ことを特徴とするステントデリバリー装置(10)。 - 請求項1記載のステントデリバリー装置(10)において、
前記内側シース(18)は、前記拡張規制部(34、34a、34b)よりも基端側に設けられて当該拡張規制部(34、34a、34b)よりも剛性の大きい内側シース本体(36)を有し、
前記拡張規制部(34、34a、34b)の全長をL、収納状態における前記ステント(12)の全長をL1、自然状態における前記ステント(12)の外径をDとしたとき、
L≦L1−D/2
を満足する、
ことを特徴とするステントデリバリー装置(10)。 - 請求項1記載のステントデリバリー装置(10)において、
前記拡張規制部(34a、34b)は、先端に向かって連続的に又は段階的に柔軟性が高くなる、
ことを特徴とするステントデリバリー装置(10)。 - 請求項2記載のステントデリバリー装置(10)において、
前記シャフト(14)に設けられて前記ステント(12)の軸線方向に沿った変位を規制するストッパ部(28、28a)をさらに備える、
ことを特徴とするステントデリバリー装置(10)。 - 請求項4記載のステントデリバリー装置(10)において、
前記ストッパ部(28、28a)は、前記ステント(12)の先端が前記拡張規制部(34、34a、34b)から露出した状態で前記内側シース本体(36)内に位置して前記ステント(12)に係合している、
ことを特徴とするステントデリバリー装置(10)。 - 請求項5記載のステントデリバリー装置(10)において、
前記ストッパ部(28)は、前記シャフト(14)に固定された状態で前記ステント(12)の基端に接触している、
ことを特徴とするステントデリバリー装置(10)。 - 請求項5記載のステントデリバリー装置(10)において、
前記ストッパ部(28a)は、前記シャフト(14)の径方向に沿って延びて前記ステント(12)のストラット(12a)の隙間(S)に挿通するように配設された係止部(48)を有している、
ことを特徴とするステントデリバリー装置(10)。
