Description
Claims (5)
- プロセス工場のオペレータに提示される情報に注意を引き付けるための方法であって、
電子プロセス工場表示ディスプレイの表示画面にユーザーインタフェースを表示することと、
プロセス工場データを収集することと、
前記プロセス工場の一部分を同定するために前記プロセス工場データを処理することと、
前記電子プロセス工場表示ディスプレイの前記同定された一部分を囲む幾何学的領域を同定することと、
前記プロセス工場の前記オペレータが前記電子プロセス工場表示ディスプレイと交信しているか否かを決定することと、
前記プロセス工場の前記オペレータが前記電子プロセス工場表示ディスプレイと交信していると決定された場合に、幾何学的領域内部に表される前記プロセス工場の前記一部分に注意を引き付けるべく前記幾何学的領域内部の前記電子プロセス工場表示ディスプレイの一部分をハイライト表示することと、
前記プロセス工場の前記オペレータが前記電子プロセス工場表示ディスプレイと交信していないと決定された場合に、前記一部分以外の前記電子プロセス工場表示ディスプレイの全てを部分的に不明瞭になるように前記電子プロセス工場表示ディスプレイを修正することと、
を含む方法。 - 前記プロセス工場の前記同定された一部分が、新規アラームのいずれかまたは全て、アラーム起動における変化、多大に逸脱するプロセス変量、状態変更、フラグ、フラグ変化、新規項目、新規変動、直近の状態変化、一団となって発生するアラーム変化率の逸脱、入力不良、厄介な制御ループ、装置の不具合、慢性的なバルブの付着、及び故障・不具合のうちの少なくとも一つに対応することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記幾何学的領域の外部の前記電子プロセス工場表示ディスプレイの一部分が、色の彩度を低減させたもの、外観的に可視度を低下させたもの、及び部分的に半透明な画像層を重ねて表示させたもののうちの少なくとも一つであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記プロセス工場の前記一部分が前記プロセス工場内の一台の設備と関連付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ユーザーインタフェースが、無効に設定されているオペレータ用表示ウィンドウを構成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項4の何れか1項に記載の方法。
