前記順送り金型におけるステージが、金属板の送り方向に沿って、
金属板の送り方向の左右側部に所定の間隔でパイロット孔を穿設するパイロット孔穿孔ステージ(A)と、
金属板の円形状の成形加工部を一部の接続部を残して切断する外形抜き加工ステージ(B)と、
円筒形に成形する成形品の絞り深さを順々に深くする絞り加工ステージ(C)と、
絞った成形品の各角部のダレをエッジに成形する潰し加工ステージ(D)と、
絞った成形品の穴を抜く穴抜きステージ(E)と、
穴抜き後の成形品の外周面に窪みを形成するディンプル加工ステージ(F)と、
成形品の内径を仕上げるシェービング加工ステージ(G)と、
成形品の内径と外径を所定の寸法に仕上げる内外径再成形ステージ(H)と、
