The present invention relates to a method for forming such an insert collar.
The conventional forming method of such an insert collar is formed by bending a strip-shaped metal plate into a circle.
However, in the case of such a conventional method, there is a possibility that the resin enters the butt joint portion at both ends when insert molding is performed. For this reason, the butt joints at both ends must be connected by welding or the like, which takes extra time. When completed, the roundness was low, and the flatness of the top and bottom was also poor.
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and the finished product has no joints and joints, and can obtain an insert color having high roundness and good flatness in the upper and lower sides.
