Description
Claims (14)
- 流体試料を収集するために針ホルダと共に使用するように構成された流体収集カートリッジであって、
近位端部と、開放遠位端部と、前記近位端部と前記遠位端部の間を延び、内部リザーバを有する内部チャンバを画定する側壁とを有する管状部材と、
前記管状部材の前記開放遠位端部に関連付けられた穿孔可能な閉鎖具であって、前記管状部材の前記側壁と共働して前記開放遠位端部を封止式に閉じるように構成される、閉鎖具と、
相互係合構成部によって互いに取り外し可能に関連付けられたストッパおよびプランジャロッドを含むプランジャロッド組立体であって、前記相互係合構成部が、前記プランジャロッドが、遠位に向けられる力を前記ストッパにかけることを可能にし、近位に向けられる力がかけられた際、前記ストッパおよび前記管状部材から前記プランジャロッドを取り外すことを可能にするように構成されており、前記ストッパは低抵抗ストッパであり、および、前記流体試料が前記内部リザーバに収集される際に前記管状部材の前記近位端部に向かって移動するように構成される、プランジャロッド組立体と
を備えることを特徴とする流体収集カートリッジ。 - 前記内部リザーバは、流体処理添加物を包含するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体収集カートリッジ。
- 前記流体処理添加物は、液体の形態の抗凝固剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の流体収集カートリッジ。
- 前記ストッパは、前記側壁の内側表面と流体密封係合して前記管状部材の前記遠位端部と前記近位端部の間に摺動式に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体収集カートリッジ。
- 前記相互係合構成部は、前記ストッパが、遠位方向に移動することだけを可能にするように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体収集カートリッジ。
- 前記ストッパは、前記ストッパの外側の円周方向表面の周りを延びる少なくとも1つの封止リングを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体収集カートリッジ。
- 前記ストッパは、前記ストッパの前記外側の円周方向表面の周りを延びる第1の封止リングおよび第2の封止リングを含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の流体収集カートリッジ。
- 前記ストッパは、その遠位端部から延びる混合フィンを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体収集カートリッジ。
- 前記管状部材の前記近位端部は、前記内部リザーバ内に延びる環状フランジを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体収集カートリッジ。
- 前記相互係合構成部は、前記プランジャロッドの遠位端部から延びる雄型部材および雌型部材の1つと、前記プランジャロッドの前記雄型部材または雌型部材と対合するように構成された前記ストッパの近位面内の対応する雌型部材および雄型部材の1つとを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体収集カートリッジ。
- 流体収集組立体であって、
(a)流体収集カートリッジであって、
(i)近位端部と、開放遠位端部と、前記近位端部と前記遠位端部の間を延び、内部リザーバを有する内部チャンバを画定する側壁とを有する管状部材と、
(ii)前記管状部材の前記開放遠位端部に関連付けられた穿孔可能な閉鎖具であって、前記管状部材の前記側壁と共働して前記開放遠位端部を封止式に閉じるように構成される、閉鎖具と、
(iii)相互係合構成部によって互いに取り外し可能に関連付けられたストッパおよびプランジャロッドを含むプランジャロッド組立体であって、前記相互係合構成部が、前記プランジャロッドが、遠位に向けられる力を前記ストッパにかけることを可能にし、近位に向けられる力がかけられた際、前記ストッパおよび前記管状部材から前記プランジャロッドを取り外すことを可能にするように構成される、プランジャロッド組立体とを備える、流体収集カートリッジと、
(b)遠位端部および近位端部を有するカニューレと、前記遠位端部を覆う第1の針シールドとを含む針組立体であって、前記第1の針シールドが、流体処理添加物と接触した際にその色が変化するインジケータ先端部を含む、針組立体と、
(c)前記針組立体に関連付けられた、流体試料を収集するために前記流体収集カートリッジと共働するように構成されるホルダと
を備えることを特徴とする流体収集組立体。 - 前記内部リザーバは、流体処理添加物を包含するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の流体収集組立体。
- 前記カニューレの前記遠位端部は、血液試料を動脈から抜くように構成され、この場合血液収集中、前記内部リザーバ内に動脈血圧が存在することにより、前記ストッパは、前記管状部材の前記近位端部に向かって移動させられることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の流体収集組立体。
- 流体試料を収集するための流体収集カートリッジであって、
細長い中空の、開放遠位端部を有する管状部材と、
前記管状部材の前記開放遠位端部を閉じて封止するように構成される閉鎖具と、
前記管状部材内で軸方向に摺動するように構成された、ストッパおよび該ストッパに対して遠位に位置するプランジャロッドを含むプランジャロッド組立体であって、前記ストッパが、その遠位端部から延びる混合フィンを含み、および、前記閉鎖具との間に内部リザーバを構成する、プランジャロッド組立体と
を備えることを特徴とする流体収集カートリッジ。
