Claims (9)
- 少なくとも1層の繊維強化セメント系スラリーから形成された構造用セメント系パネルを生産する方法であって、前記方法は、
(a)移動ウェブを設けるステップと、
(b)切断されて絡まることなく分散された繊維からなる第1繊維層を前記ウェブ上に堆積させるステップと、
(c)凝結型スラリーからなるスラリー層を前記第1繊維層上に堆積させるステップと、
(d)切断されて絡まることなく分散された繊維からなる第2繊維層を前記凝結型スラリーからなるスラリー層上に堆積させるステップと、
(e)前記第1及び第2繊維層を前記凝結型スラリーからなるスラリー層の中に各繊維強化セメント系スラリー層の両面から積極的に埋め込んで前記切断されて絡まることなく分散された繊維をスラリー全体に均一に分散させるステップと、
を備え、
各繊維強化セメント系スラリー層において、前記(b)乃至(e)のステップによって埋め込まれた各繊維層のそれぞれの比率が、投影繊維表面積分率で0.65未満で示される、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記(b)乃至(e)のステップからなる処理を繰り返し、前回の処理で堆積された繊維強化セメント系スラリー層上に、凝結型スラリーからなる別のスラリー層を堆積するステップをさらに含み、前記凝結型スラリーからなる別のスラリー層を堆積する次回の処理でのステップ(b)では、前記第1繊維層を、前回の処理で堆積された繊維強化セメント系スラリー層上に堆積させる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記処理を繰り返すことで得られる構造用セメント系パネルが、前記切断されて絡まることなく分散された繊維を含む複数の分離独立した繊維強化セメント系スラリー層を備えるように、前回の前記(b)乃至(e)のステップにより得られた繊維強化セメント系スラリー層上に、前記凝結型スラリーからなる別のスラリー層を堆積する、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(e)は、前記スラリーと前記繊維を振動させるステップをさらに含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記スラリーにおいて混練作用を生じさせることによって前記積極的に埋め込むステップを実施するステップをさらに含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 各々が指定された繊維体積分率を有する複数の繊維強化セメント系スラリー層を提供する、前記(b)乃至(e)のステップからなる処理を繰り返す、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 各々が指定された繊維体積分率を有する複数の繊維強化セメント系スラリー層を提供する、前記(b)乃至(e)のステップからなる処理を繰り返し、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって、1対の外層と少なくとも1つの中間層とを有する繊維強化パネルを作成し、前記外層は前記少なくとも1つの中間層よりも高い繊維体積分率を有する、方法。
- 前記ステップ(b)乃至(e)によって生成される各繊維強化セメント系スラリー層における各繊維層のそれぞれの割合は、0.65未満である投影繊維表面積分率で表わされ、前記ステップ(b)乃至(e)によって生成される各繊維強化セメント系スラリー層の厚さは0.05〜0.35インチの範囲にある、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記凝結型スラリーからなるスラリー層に堆積される前記第1繊維層の投影繊維表面積分率を決定するために、第1の式
を設定するステップと、
前記凝結型スラリーからなるスラリー層に堆積される前記第2繊維層の投影繊維表面積分率を決定するために、第2の式
を設定するステップと、
前記繊維強化スラリー層に所望される繊維の総体積分率Vf,lを決定するステップと、
前記繊維の直径dfを調整するか、又は、前記繊維強化スラリー層の厚さtlを0.05〜0.35インチの範囲に調整し、さらに、予め比として決定しておいた、前記第2繊維層に含まれる繊維体積と、前記第1繊維層に含まれる繊維体積との比Xfに基づいて、前記総体積分率Vf,lを前記第1繊維層と前記第2繊維層とに振り分けることで、各繊維層に対する前記繊維表面積分率SP f1、lと前記繊維表面積分率SP f2、lとをいずれも0.65未満とするステップと、
個々の繊維ストランドの直径df及び個々の繊維ストランドの長さlfで前記繊維表面積分率SP f1、lを除することによって、各繊維層に添加する、切断されて絡まることなく分散された繊維の数を決定するステップと、
移動ウェブを設けるステップと、
前記決定された繊維の数に基づいて、前記第1繊維層を前記ウェブに堆積させるステップと、
凝結型スラリーからなるスラリー層を、前記第1繊維層に堆積させるステップと、
前記決定された繊維の数に基づいて、前記第2繊維層を前記凝結型スラリーからなるスラリー層に堆積させるステップと、
前記第1及び第2繊維層からなる多層の繊維が前記パネルにおける各凝結型スラリーからなるスラリー層全体に分散されるように、前記切断されて絡まることなく分散された繊維を前記凝結型スラリーからなるスラリー層に埋め込むステップと、
をさらに含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
