Claims (6)
- 波形の端部(10)と、前記波形の端部からカーフの深さ方向に拡張して形成される拡張部(20)とから構成され、前記拡張部(20)は、反対方向に突出する交互の単位構造(K,K’)の列よりなり、前記単位構造(K,K’)の各々は、中央の半球部分と、前記半球部分の周りの多角形部分とを含み、陽刻の多角形部分(21)と陰刻の中空の半球部分(22)とからなる単位構造(K)と、陰刻の多角形部分(21’)と陽刻の中空の半球部分(22’)とからなる単位構造(K’)とが、前記単位構造(K,K’)の各列において交互に配置されることを特徴とする、スノータイヤ用カーフ構造。
- 前記カーフの深さ方向に隣接する前記単位構造(K,K’)の中央の中空の前記半球部分(22、22’)と、前記多角形部分(21、21’)とは、反対方向の突起を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスノータイヤ用カーフ構造。
- 前記カーフ構造の前記波形の端部(10)の厚さ(t1)は0.3〜4.0mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスノータイヤ用カーフ構造。
- 前記カーフ構造の前記拡張部(20)における前記カーフの厚さ(t2)は0.5〜5.0mmであり、前記波形の端部(10)における前記カーフの厚さ(t1)の1.1〜3倍であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスノータイヤ用カーフ構造。
- 前記カーフ構造の中空の前記半球部分(22、22’)の直径(D1)は1〜10mmであり、前記カーフの長さ方向における前記単位構造(K,K’)の長さ(d1)は2〜15mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスノータイヤ用カーフ構造。
- 前記カーフ構造の前記多角形部分(21、21’)は、中央の中空の前記半球部分(22、22’)側に傾いて形成され、前記多角形部分(21、21’)における前記カーフの傾斜度(a1)は10゜〜70゜であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスノータイヤ用カーフ構造。
