チオシアン酸アンモニウム水溶液を前記鋼材の表面に接触させて前記鋼材の表面に表面層を形成する第2工程と

前記表面層は、10μm以上形成することを特徴とする鋼材表面における水素発生を抑制する方法。 - 請求項1記載の鋼材表面における水素発生を抑制する方法において、
前記表面層は、鉄の酸化物を含んでいることを特徴とする鋼材表面における水素発生を抑制する方法。
