Claims (2)
- 検出端子に入力される監視対象の電圧を測定する制御手段を備えた電圧検出回路であって、
前記検出端子と前記制御手段との間に接続される第1のダイオードと、
前記第1のダイオードと前記制御手段との間の配線から分岐し、前記第1のダイオードと同様な温度特性の第2のダイオードが設けられ、前記制御手段に補償用電圧を出力する温度補償部と、
前記制御手段に接続され、所定温度時における前記第1,第2のダイオードの各端子間電圧を補正用係数として予め格納する記憶手段と、を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記第1のダイオードを介して入力される電圧検出値と、前記温度補償部からの前記補償用電圧と、前記記憶部の前記補正用係数とに基づいて前記検出端子における電圧値を算出することを特徴とする電圧検出回路。 - 前記第1のダイオードの前記制御手段側の配線には、前記制御手段からの制御信号に基づいて接続/遮断を切り換えるスイッチ部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電圧検出回路。
