Description
添加物を受け入れそして1種の触媒及び/又は添加物を流動触媒分解ユニット内に注入するための手段も備える。
集塵装置16はカバー25も備える。カバー25は側壁17の上方の縁と組み合う。カバー25と側壁17との間にガスケットが置かれ、これの間を実質的に気密に封鎖する。側壁17及びカバー25が集塵装置16の内部容積26定める(図1参照)。

トランスファーポット18の下方部分18bの中心に開口53が形成される。トランスファーポット18は管路54によりFCCの再生装置と結合される。管路54は開口53と連通している。以下説明されるように、触媒及び/又は添加物は開口53を通って管路54に入り続いて再生装置に流れる。
装填ユニット14は複数個のロードセル(load cell)56により支持される(図1及び4参照)。ロードセル56は、以下説明されるように、未装填状態及び装填状態の、即ち内部に触媒及び/又は添加物が無いとき及び有るときの双方における装填ユニット14の重量の測定値を提供する。ロードセル56は、キャビネット19のベース19aとトランスファーポット18の脚20に固定された板材57との間に取り付けることが好ましい。
かれ、管路58により形成される経路を選択的に開閉する。管路58は、以下説明されるように、内部容積26、50内の圧力を平衡させるために使用される。
24時間周期にわたり注入される触媒及び/又は添加物の総量は、制御パネル64を使って使用者が制御器60に入力することができる。1日に行うべき不連続な注入回数も、制御パネル64により入力することができる。(別の実施例においては、制御器60は、別の入力により運転されるようにプログラムすることができる。例えば、注入間の所定の時間間隔を使用して、周期ごとに所定の添加物を注入するように制御器60をプログラムすることができる。)
制御器60は、上述の入力に基づいて各周期ごとに注入された触媒及び/又は添加物の量を自動的に計算するようにプログラムすることができる。制御器60は、各注入開始間の時間間隔を計算するようにもプログラムすることができる。この間隔は、24時間を1日あたり注入の所要回数で割ることにより算出される。更に、制御器60は、触媒及び/又は添加物を取り出す特定の貯蔵ビン37を示す入力を受け入れるように構成することができる。
制御器60は弁36のアクチュエーター36aにも入力を送り、これにより圧縮空気は真空発生装置30を通って流れることができる。真空発生装置30は、上述のように、これを通過する圧縮空気の流れに応答して集塵装置16の内部容積26内の真空を作る。
制御器60は、装填システム10内の触媒及び/又は添加物の重量がその目標値に達したとき弁36のアクチュエーター36aに制御入力を送る。制御入力は、アクチュエーター36aに弁36を閉鎖させ、これにより真空発生装置30を通る圧縮空気の流れを中断させる。
部容積50を加圧する。(上述のように、圧縮空気は、トランスファーポット18に達するより前に容積室及び水分トラップ49により乾燥され、これによりトランスファーポット18内の触媒及び/又は添加物の汚染の可能性を最小にする。)
制御器60は、内部容積50内の空気圧を測定する第1の圧力変換器68からの入力を受け取る(図6参照)。制御器60は、触媒及び/又は添加物が注入された場所に隣接する再生装置内の空気圧を測定する第2の圧力変換器70からの入力も受け取る。
減らすこともできる。詳細には、装填システム10の使用により、触媒及び/又は添加物は、これが再生装置14内に注入される直前まで貯蔵ビン37内に留まることができる。貯蔵ビン37内の環境は貯蔵ホッパー内よりもより綿密に管理できると信じられる。詳細には、触媒及び/又は添加物は、ホッパーに輸送されここに貯蔵されているとき、典型的に工場空気に暴露される。工場空気は、触媒及び/又は添加物に悪影響を与える可能性のある水分、油脂由来の生成物、又はその他の汚染物質の源であることが多い。従って、装填システム10におけるように工場空気に対する触媒及び/又は添加物の暴露を最小にすることにより、触媒及び/又は添加物の汚染の可能性を減らすことができる。かかる汚染の低減化は、触媒及び/又は添加物が一緒に固まること又は凝集することを減らす。かかる凝集は触媒及び/又は添加物を流れ難くし、かつホース又は供給管路の詰まりを招く可能性がある。本発明は、触媒及び/又は添加物がシステムを通して輸送されているときの確実な流動性を支援する。

Claims (1)
- 触媒及び/又は添加物を貯蔵しそして流動触媒分解ユニット内に装填するシステムであって、少なくも1種の触媒及び/又は添加物を第1の位置で貯蔵する貯蔵ビン、及び第1の位置から離れた第2の位置に置かれた装填ユニットであって貯蔵ビン及び流動触媒分解ユニットと選択的に連通する前記装填ユニットを備え、装填ユニットは装填ユニットを負圧にするための真空発生装置を備えて装填ユニット内に得られた真空が少なくも1種の触媒及び/又は添加物を貯蔵ビンから引き出すようにすることができ、更に装填ユニットは装填ユニット中に引き入れられた少なくも1種の触媒及び/又は添加物の重量を測定することができ、少なくも1種の触媒及び/又は添加物が装填ユニットから流動触媒分解ユニットに移送されるように加圧することができ、装填ユニットが2以上の貯蔵ビンとの連通が可能であり、
ここで、装填ユニットは更に、装填ユニット及び装填ユニット内の触媒及び/もしくは添加物の1種の重量を測定するために複数のロードセル、及び、装填ユニットを収容するキャビネット、ここで装填ユニットは複数の脚の上に取り付けられ、脚の各々は共通の板材に固定され、板材はロードセル上に取り付けられ、そしてロードセルはキャビネットのベース上に取り付けられる、
