Claims (7)
- 触媒及び/又は添加物を流動触媒分解ユニット内に導入する方法であって:
装填ユニット内に真空を発生させ、ここで、装填ユニットが2以上の貯蔵ビンとの連通が可能であり;
真空に応答して少なくとも1種の触媒及び/又は添加物を少なくとも1の貯蔵ビンから装填ユニット内に引き入れ;
装填ユニットに接続されたロードセルからの入力を介して装填ユニット内に引き入れられた触媒及び/又は添加物の重量を測定し、前記入力を制御器に送り;
装填ユニット内に引き入れられる触媒及び/又は添加物の目標値が制御器への入力として検知されたときに、制御器からの制御入力に応答して装填ユニットを加圧し;更に
装填ユニットの加圧に応答して触媒及び/又は添加物を流動触媒分解ユニット内に注入する
ことを含む、方法。 - 装填ユニット内の真空発生が、装填ユニットと連通している真空発生装置を介する圧縮空気流の開始を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 装填ユニットの加圧に応答して触媒及び/又は添加物を流動触媒分解ユニット内に注入することが、流動触媒分解ユニットの再生装置への触媒及び/又は添加物の注入を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 装填ユニットの加圧が、弁の開口により装填ユニットを圧縮空気源との連通状態にすることを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 装填ユニット内に真空を発生させ、真空に応答して触媒及び/又は添加物を貯蔵ビンから装填ユニット内に引き入れることが、装填ユニットの集塵装置に真空を発生させ、真空に応答して1種の触媒及び/又は添加物を貯蔵ビンから集塵装置に引き入れることを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 装填ユニットを加圧し、装填ユニットの加圧に応答して触媒及び/又は添加物を流動触媒分解ユニット内に注入することが、装填ユニットのトランスファーポットを加圧し、トランスファーボットから触媒及び/又は添加物を流動触媒分解ユニット内に注入することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 触媒及び/又は添加物を流動触媒分解ユニット内に装填する方法であって:
少なくも1種の触媒及び/又は添加物を少なくとも1の位置の少なくとも1の貯蔵ビンに貯蔵し、;
少なくも1種の触媒及び/又は添加物を、前記の少なくとも1の位置から離れた位置に置かれた装填ユニット内に排気により吸引し、ここで、装填ユニットが2以上の貯蔵ビンとの連通が可能であり;
装填ユニットに接続されたロードセルからの入力を介して装填ユニット内に吸引された触媒及び/又は添加物の重量を測定し、前記入力を制御器に送り;更に
装填ユニット内に引き入れられる触媒及び/又は添加物の目標値が制御器により検知され、装填ユニットが制御器からの制御入力に応答して加圧されたときに、少なくも1種の触媒及び/又は添加物を装填ユニットから流動触媒分解ユニット内に注入する
ことを含む、方法。
