Claims (1)
- 複数の異なるフォーマットの1つで符号化され複数の送信チャンネルの1つで送信された、ビデオ情報を表すデジタル・ビットストリームを受信するための方法であって、
前記送信チャンネルについての符号化フォーマットの情報を取得するステップと、
前記取得された符号化フォーマットの情報を使用して前記デジタル・ビットストリームからプログラム・ガイド情報を取り出すステップであって、前記送信チャンネルとプログラムを含むパケットとが当該プログラム・ガイド情報によって関連付けられている、前記ステップと、
前記取り出されたプログラム・ガイド情報を使用して、前記デジタル・ビットストリームから前記プログラムを含む前記パケットを取り出すステップと、
前記取り出したパケットに含まれる前記プログラムを復号して出力するステップと、
を含む、前記方法。
