Claims (2)
- 一本の導線を用い、前記導線を巻回手段により同一巻方向に巻回して積層形成し、積層コイルを製造する積層コイル製造方法において、
前記巻回手段にて、前記積層コイルに含まれる第2コイル要素を巻回し、
前記第2コイル要素にその一端が接続する接続部を、前記導線を所定距離送ることで形成し、
前記接続部の他端が接続する第1コイル要素が形成される際に、前記第1コイル要素と偏芯された位置で前記第2コイル要素を把持手段によって把持し、
前記巻回手段の巻回動作と同期して、前記把持手段を移動させ、又、前記積層コイルの積層と同期して、前記把持手段を前記積層コイルの積層方向に移動すること、
を特徴とする積層コイル製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の積層コイル製造方法において、
前記把持手段は、前記巻回手段の巻回動作と同期して、前記第1コイル要素と前記第2コイル要素との位置関係が変わらないように移動すること、
を特徴とする積層コイル製造方法。
