Abstract
Description
以下に、本発明の実施形態の一例としての第1の実施形態を説明する。内視鏡リプロセッサ1は、内視鏡100または内視鏡付属品に対して、再生処理を行う装置である。ここでいう再生処理とは特に限定されるものではなく、水によるすすぎ、有機物等の汚れを落とす洗浄、所定の微生物を無効化する消毒、全ての微生物を排除もしくは死滅させる滅菌、またはこれらの組み合わせのいずれであってもよい。
T2=T1・(1+V1/V2)+α
ここで、前述のように、V1は処理槽10の第1水位L1までの容積であり、V2は処理槽10の第2水位L2までの容積である。また、αは、所定の定数であり、体積V3のばらつきの影響を吸収するために設けられた余裕時間である。
次に、本発明の第2の実施形態について説明する。以下では第1の実施形態との相違点のみを説明するものとし、第1の実施形態と同様の構成要素については同一の符号を付し、その説明を適宜に省略するものとする。図9に示すように、本実施形態の内視鏡リプロセッサ1は、ヒータ61及び撹拌装置62を備える点が、第1の実施形態と異なる。
Claims (4)
- 所定の容積を有し最下層に配置された第1槽、及び前記第1槽に連通している第2槽からなり、内視鏡を配置する処理槽と、
前記第1槽に配置された排液口と、
前記内視鏡が前記第1槽に入ることを規制する規制部と、
前記第1槽と前記第2槽との境と同じ水位以下に設定された第1水位が浸水しているか否かを検知する第1水位検知部と、
前記処理槽において、前記第1水位よりも下であってかつ前記第1槽の底面から上方に所定の距離離れた高さに開口する循環口と、
一端が前記循環口に接続され、他端が前記処理槽内の前記第1水位よりも高い位置において開口する循環管路と、
前記循環管路内の流体を、前記一端から他端に向かって移送する循環ポンプと、
を含むことを特徴とする内視鏡リプロセッサ。 - 前記第1槽は、前記第2槽の底面において開口しており、
前記第1水位検知部は、前記規制部と一体化している
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡リプロセッサ。 - 前記処理槽内の液体を前記排液口から排出する排液工程において、前記第1水位検知部によって前記液体の液面が前記第1水位よりも上であることを検知している期間中は前記循環ポンプを運転する制御部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡リプロセッサ。
- 前記内視鏡が有する管路内に空気を送り込む送気ポンプを含み、
前記制御部は、前記排液工程において、前記第1水位検知部によって前記液体の液面が前記第1水位よりも下に下降したことを検知した後に、前記送気ポンプの運転を開始して前記管路内への空気の送り込みを開始することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の内視鏡リプロセッサ。
