Claims (9)
- 金属の粉末から製造される金属部品の製造用の金属の粉末の製造方法であって、
アルミニウム‐ジルコニウム融解物中ジルコニウム含量が2.0重量%未満であるアルミニウム‐ジルコニウム融解物を形成するステップと、
前記アルミニウム‐ジルコニウム融解物を粉末にして、ジルコニウムがドープされたアルミニウム金属の粉末を形成する粉末化ステップと、
前記ジルコニウムがドープされたアルミニウム金属の粉末を、スズの粉末と混合する混合ステップと、
を含み、
前記金属部品中のジルコニウムの量が、前記金属部品を形成するために使用される前記ジルコニウムがドープされたアルミニウム金属の粉末に含まれるジルコニウムの量と実質的に等しい、
製造方法。 - 前記粉末化ステップが、前記アルミニウム‐ジルコニウム融解物を空気噴霧することを含む、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記アルミニウム‐ジルコニウム融解物を粉末にして、ジルコニウムがドープされたアルミニウム金属の粉末を形成する粉末化ステップが、アルゴン、窒素、又は、ヘリウムの他のガスで粉末化すること、粉砕、研削、化学反応、及び、電解析出のうち少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記ジルコニウムがドープされたアルミニウム金属の粉末が、前記金属部品を形成するのに使用される焼結の際に前記金属部品の歪みを防止する、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記金属部品が、ジルコニウムを2.0重量%未満含有する、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記スズを、マスター合金中プレアロイとして加える、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記スズが、前記混合された金属の粉末の0.2重量%である、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記混合された金属の粉末から製造された前記金属部品が、70GPaを上回るヤング係数を有している、請求項7に記載の製造方法。
- 15容積%以下のSiC又はAlNの1以上のセラミック添加剤を加える、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
