Claims (2)
- 少なくとも下ヒダ付き笠または最大肉厚50mm以上の胴部を持つ碍管の乾燥方法であって、胴部内に碍管の軸線方向に延びる赤外線ヒーターを配置した碍管を、湿度70〜97%かつ温度35〜45℃に制御した乾燥室内に収納し、外面からの調湿乾燥と内面からの赤外線加熱乾燥とを少なくとも2日間併用して製品水分が8%以下となるまで恒率乾燥を行い、その後、乾燥室内を湿度0〜5%かつ温度90〜150℃へと制御して減率乾燥を行うことを特徴とする碍管の乾燥方法。
- 胴部と笠部の水分差を3%以下に保ちながら恒率乾燥を行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の碍管の乾燥方法。
