Claims (2)
- 炭化水素と、前記炭化水素に含まれるカーボンまたは酸素に接続されたシリコンナノ粒子とを備え、2〜3nmの粒径を最も多く有するナノ粒子の製造方法であって、
透明体からなる容器にシリコンの粉体および有機溶媒を入れる第1の工程と、
前記シリコンの粉体および有機溶媒の攪拌を開始する第2の工程と、
前記シリコンの粉体および有機溶媒を攪拌しながらパルスレーザを前記シリコンの粉体に照射する第3の工程とを備えるナノ粒子の製造方法。 - 前記第1の工程において、オクチン、オクタノール、メタノール、エタノール、およびヘキセンのいずれかからなる有機溶媒を前記容器に入れる、請求項1に記載のナノ粒子の製造方法。
