Description
合成ガスを用いたメタン生成反応および水性ガスシフト反応を同時に起こさせながらタールを除去する能力を有する。本触媒は、350℃から550℃の範囲の温度でメタン生成反応を150から800μモル/g触媒/秒のCH4がもたらされるように起こさせかつ水性ガスシフト反応を30から50%のCO変換率がもたらされるように起こさせながらタールを350℃で65%以上の変換率で除去する能力を有する。
様に限定するものでないと理解されるべきである。本発明の範囲を以下の請求項の範囲でのみ限定することを意図する。

Claims (21)
- (a)NiO、
(b)MoO3またはWO3の少なくとも一方を含有して成る金属混合物、
(c)SiO2およびAl2O3の少なくとも一方を含有して成る混合物、および
(d)0.001から1重量%のP2O5、
を含有して成る触媒であって、触媒の金属部位が硫化されておりかつメタン生成および水性ガスシフト反応を300℃から600℃の範囲の温度で起こさせながら合成ガスからタールを除去する能力を有する触媒。 - 前記NiOが1から10重量%存在する請求項1記載の触媒。
- 前記金属混合物が10から20重量%存在する請求項1記載の触媒。
- 触媒と接触する前の前記合成ガスが加熱されていない請求項1記載の触媒。
- 前記タールの除去を350℃で65%以上の変換率で起こさせる請求項1記載の触媒。
- 前記タールの除去を400℃で70%以上の変換率で起こさせる請求項1記載の触媒。
- 前記メタン生成で150から800μモル/g触媒/秒のCH 4 をもたらす請求項1記載の触媒。
- 前記水性ガスシフトで30から50%のCO変換率をもたらす請求項1記載の触媒。
- (a)NiOが1から10重量%存在し、
(b)10から20重量%の量のMoO 3 含有金属混合物、
(c)SiO 2 およびAl 2 O 3 の少なくとも一方を含有する混合物、および
(d)0.001から1重量%の量のP 2 O 5 、
を含有して成る触媒であって、触媒の金属部位が硫化されておりかつ350℃から550℃の範囲の温度でメタン生成反応を150から800μモル/g触媒/秒のCH 4 がもたらされるように起こさせかつ水性ガスシフト反応を30から50%のCO変換率がもたらされるように起こさせながら加熱されていない合成ガスからタールを350℃で65%以上の変換率で除去する能力を有する触媒。 - 方法であって、
合成ガスを生じさせ、
前記合成ガスを
(a)NiO、
(b)MoO 3 またはWO 3 の少なくとも一方を含有して成る金属混合物、
(c)SiO 2 およびAl 2 O 3 の少なくとも一方を含有して成る混合物、および
(d)P 2 O 5 、
を含有して成る触媒に接触させることで処理された合成ガスを生じさせ、そして
前記処理された合成ガスを触媒化学反応に導入するが、
前記触媒と接触させる前の前記合成ガスを加熱せずかつ前記処理された合成ガスの冷却を前記触媒化学反応を起こさせる前に行わない方法。 - 前記合成ガスを前記触媒と接触させる時の温度の範囲を350℃から550℃にする請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記NiOを1から10重量%存在させる請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記金属混合物を10から20重量%存在させる請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記P 2 O 5 を0.001から1重量%存在させる請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記触媒の金属部位が硫化されておりかつ前記触媒がメタン生成および水性ガスシフト反応を300℃から600℃の範囲の温度で起こさせながら合成ガスからタールを除去する能力を有する請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記タールの除去を350℃で65%以上の変換率で起こさせる請求項15記載の方法。
- 前記タールの除去を400℃で70%以上の変換率で起こさせる請求項16記載の方法。
- 前記メタン生成で150から800μモル/g触媒/秒のCH 4 を生じさせる請求項15記載の方法。
- 前記水性ガスシフトで30から50%のCO変換率をもたらす請求項15記載の方法。
- 前記触媒化学反応がフィッシャー・トロプシュ、メタン生成または合成ガスからジメチルエーテルそしてガソリンを生じさせる反応である請求項10記載の方法。
- 方法であって、
合成ガスを生じさせ、
前記合成ガスを
(a)NiOが1から10重量%存在し、
(b)10から20重量%の量のMoO 3 含有金属混合物、
(c)SiO 2 およびAl 2 O 3 の少なくとも一方を含有する混合物、および
(d)0.001から1重量%の量のP 2 O 5 、
を含有して成っていて触媒の金属部位が硫化されておりかつ350℃から550℃の範囲の温度でメタン生成反応を150から800μモル/g触媒/秒のCH 4 がもたらされるように起こさせかつ水性ガスシフト反応を30から50%のCO変換率がもたらされるように起こさせながら加熱されていない合成ガスからタールを350℃で65%以上の変換率で除去する能力を有する触媒、
に接触させることで処理された合成ガスを生じさせ、そして
前記処理された合成ガスを触媒化学反応に導入するが、
前記触媒と接触させる前の前記合成ガスを加熱せずかつ前記処理された合成ガスの冷却を前記触媒化学反応を起こさせる前に行わない方法。
