Claims (8)
- 柔軟な袋から液体のサンプルを取得するための装置であって、
前記装置は、
第1の底面と、前記第1の底面から突出する、前記柔軟な袋を穿孔するための穿孔素子とを有する第1の部分と、
前記第1の部分の前記穿孔素子を受けるように適合された空洞を囲む第2の底面を有する第2の部分とを備え、
前記第1の部分は、前記穿孔素子を囲む第1の接着面を有し、前記第2の部分は、前記空洞を囲む第2の接着面を有し、
前記第1及び第2の部分のうちの1つは開口部を有し、前記開口部の一端は、前記第1及び第2の接着面のうちの1つに囲まれる、前記第1の底面、前記第2の底面、前記穿孔素子及び前記空洞のうちの1つと連通し、前記開口部の他端は、前記第1及び第2の部分のうちの前記1つの、前記第1及び第2の接着面のうちの前記1つに向かい合う側と連通する、装置。 - 前記第1及び第2の接着面は、リングの形態で形成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1及び第2の接着面は、本質的に同じ大きさを有する、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記開口部は、前記第1の部分に配置され、前記穿孔素子は、前記開口部の周囲に配置された管である、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記穿孔素子は、前記第1の部分において、前記穿孔素子が前記第1の底面から突出しない、または実質的に突出しない第1の位置と、前記穿孔素子が前記第1の底面から明らかに突出する第2の位置との間に、スライド可能である、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 管または注射器のためのコネクタをさらに備え、前記コネクタは、前記第1及び第2の部分のうちの前記1つの、前記第1及び第2の接着面のうちの前記1つに向かい合う前記側に配置される、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記第1及び第2の部分のうちの前記1つに配置される前記開口部の前記他端は、穿孔可能または再封止可能な膜によって閉じられる、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記第1及び第2の部分は、連結方式によって、互いに接続される、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
