Description
Claims (8)
- サンプラアセンブリと、インタフェースアセンブリとを備える無菌サンプリングシステムであって、
前記サンプラアセンブリは、インターロック突起を有し、
前記インタフェースアセンブリは、インターロックフックと、インターロックフックが嵌合するインターロック開口とを有し、
前記サンプラアセンブリおよび前記インタフェースアセンブリのそれぞれは、
前記サンプラアセンブリと前記インタフェースアセンブリのそれぞれに関して分離した無菌エンクロージャを画定するハウジングと、
使用時に、前記サンプラアセンブリ内および前記インタフェースアセンブリ内の前記無菌エンクロージャを無菌接合させるように構成されたエアロックと、
前記エアロック内で動作するように配置され、前記サンプラアセンブリ及び前記インタフェースアセンブリの両液体コネクタの先端部を再シール可能なようにシールする、再シール可能な液体接続機構と、を備え、
前記サンプラアセンブリおよび前記インタフェースアセンブリが、互いに接続されたときに、前記サンプラアセンブリおよび前記インタフェースアセンブリのそれぞれの前記ハウジングを含む外側保護面を形成するように構成され、前記外側保護面が、無菌内部エンクロージャおよびエアロックと、外部の非無菌空気と内部の無菌空気との間の気密バリアとを提供し、
前記再シール可能な液体接続機構が、前記無菌エンクロージャ内に含まれ、前記サンプラアセンブリおよび前記インタフェースアセンブリのそれぞれから繋がる前記液体コネクタを含み、使用時に、前記液体コネクタのうちの少なくとも一方が、前記エアロック内のいずれの内面にも接触することなく、前記無菌エンクロージャおよび前記エアロックを横切って移動し、前記液体接続機構の他方の液体コネクタに接続することができるように構成され、前記エアロックが、前記インタフェースアセンブリのハウジング内を摺動するシャッタと嵌合する、前記サンプラアセンブリの外キャップからなり、
前記サンプラアセンブリのインターロック突起が前記インターロックフックを前記インターロック開口の外へ押し出し、これにより前記シャッタのスライドが許容されるまで、前記シャッタは、前記インターロック開口内の前記インターロックフックにより所定の位置に固定されている、
無菌サンプリングシステム。 - 前記シャッタが直線路を摺動する、請求項1に記載の無菌サンプリングシステム。
- 前記シャッタが円形路または孤形路を摺動する、請求項1に記載の無菌サンプリングシステム。
- 前記液体接続機構が、2つの部品を備える回転バルブにより形成され、前記2つの部品が接合することで、少なくとも1つの内部流路を有する円筒状シール面となる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の無菌サンプリングシステム。
- 前記液体接続機構が、再シールリニアバルブまたは再シールロータリーバルブにより形成される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の無菌サンプリングシステム。
- 前記液体接続機構が、変形可能な隔膜と、穿刺針と、インタフェース隔膜とにより形成される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の無菌サンプリングシステム。
- 前記液体接続機構が、穿刺針と、隔膜と、リニアバルブとにより形成される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の無菌サンプリングシステム。
- 使用中の前記液体コネクタを、順次、再シールし、取り外し、分離することができるように構成されている、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の無菌サンプリングシステム。
