Claims (14)
- エネルギービーム(74)を発生するように構成された集束エネルギー源(64)と、
前記集束エネルギー源(64)の少なくとも1つの性能特性の調整によって予備焼結プリフォームの集束ロウ付けに合せて前記エネルギービーム(74)を調整することにより予備焼結プリフォームのロウ付けを制御するための制御装置と
を含む、システム(10)。 - 前記集束エネルギー源(64)が、電子エネルギービームとして前記エネルギービーム(74)を発生するように構成された電子ビーム溶接機(76)を含む、請求項1記載のシステム(10)。
- ビームデフレクタを含み、前記制御装置が、前記ビームデフレクタを制御して、前記エネルギービーム(74)の経路を調整するように構成される、請求項2記載のシステム。
- 前記制御装置が、エネルギービームの焦点を調節するように構成されている、請求項3記載のシステム。
- 焦点が予備焼結プリフォームの0.5〜2インチ(1.3〜5.1cm)上方に位置するように調節される、請求項4記載のシステム。
- 前記集束エネルギー源(64)の少なくとも1つの性能特性が、前記エネルギービーム(74)のエネルギー強度を含む、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載のシステム。
- 前記集束エネルギー源(64)によって行われるロウ付けプロセスに関するパラメータを検出するように構成されたセンサ(68)を含む、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載のシステム。
- 超合金を含むタービン部品と、
前記タービン部品の一部分上に配置され、かつタービン部品に接合した予備焼結プリフォーム(PSP)ロウ付け材料と、
前記タービン部品と予備焼結プリフォーム(PSP)ロウ付け材料からなる第1及び第2のロウ付け材料との集束ロウ付けに合せてエネルギービーム(74)を発生するように構成された集束エネルギー源(64)と、
前記エネルギービーム(74)の少なくとも1つの特性を調整するように構成された制御装置と
を含む、システムであって、前記少なくとも1つの特性が、前記エネルギービーム(74)の焦点又は該エネルギービーム(74)の強度を含む、システム。 - 前記タービン部品が、タービンバケット(36)又はタービンノズルを含む、請求項8記載のシステム。
- 前記PSPロウ付け材料が、前記タービン部品の孔内に配置される、請求項8記載のシステム。
- 集束エネルギー源(64)によりエネルギービーム(74)を発生させるステップと、
前記エネルギービーム(74)をロウ付け材料の予備焼結プリフォームに向けて導いて、タービン部品内の孔を封止するステップと
を含む方法。 - エネルギービーム(74)を1以上のビームデフレクタ(80)によって所定のパターンで移動させる、請求項11記載の方法。
- 予備焼結プリフォームの温度を毎分200〜500°F(毎分111〜278℃)で昇温させる、請求項11又は請求項12記載の方法
- 予備焼結プリフォームを2000〜2275°F(1093〜1246℃)の温度で1〜5分間加熱する、請求項11記載の方法
