Description
ポリオール、界面活性剤、触媒、水およびHFC−245faを、室温、大気圧下で、手動で予備混合した後、ポリメチレンポリフェニルイソシアネートと混合した。得られた混合物を、8インチ×8インチ×2.5インチの紙箱に注いで、ポリウレタン発泡体を形成した。発泡体は、均一な気泡構造を示した。発泡体の処方および特性を以下の表1に示す。本例において、0.5pbw(重量部)の水を処方に用いた。合計で、0.234モルの水およびHFC−245faを、処方に用いた。泡膨張剤組成物(HFC−245faおよび水)中の水の量は12モル%であった。

1.(a)式CF3CX=CHY(式中、Xは、H、ClおよびFからなる群から選択され、Yは、H、Cl、F、CF3およびCF2CF3からなる群から選択される)のハイドロハロオレフィンと、
(b)水と
を含む泡膨張剤組成物。
2.前記ハイドロハロオレフィンが、CF3CH=CHF、CF3CH=CHCF3、CF3CH=CHCF2CF3、CF3CH=CHCl、CF3CCl=CH2およびCF3CF=CH2からなる群から選択される1に記載の泡膨張剤組成物。
3.前記ハイドロハロオレフィンが、Z−CF3CH=CHCF3である2に記載の泡膨張剤組成物。
4.前記泡膨張剤組成物中の水の量が、少なくとも12モル%である3に記載の泡膨張剤組成物。
5.前記泡膨張剤組成物中の水の量が、少なくとも30モル%である3に記載の泡膨張剤組成物。
6.前記泡膨張剤組成物中の水の量が、少なくとも47モル%である3に記載の泡膨張剤組成物。
7.(a)1に記載の泡膨張剤組成物と、
(b)2個以上の活性水素を有する活性水素含有化合物と
を含む泡形成組成物。
8.前記ハイドロハロオレフィンが、Z−CF3CH=CHCF3である7に記載の泡形成組成物。
9.前記活性水素含有化合物が、ポリオールである8に記載の泡形成組成物。
10.前記活性水素含有化合物が、ポリエーテルポリオールである9に記載の泡形成組成物。
11.7に記載の有効量の泡形成組成物と、好適なポリイソシアネートの反応から製造された独立気泡ポリウレタンまたはポリイソシアヌレートポリマー発泡体。
12.前記ハイドロハロオレフィンが、Z−CF3CH=CHCF3である11に記載の独立気泡ポリウレタンまたはポリイソシアヌレートポリマー発泡体。
13.前記ポリマー発泡体が、約23.9℃で6.0ft2−hr−°F/BTU−を超える初期R−値を有する12に記載の独立気泡ポリウレタンまたはポリイソシアヌレートポリマー発泡体。
14.11に記載の独立気泡ポリウレタンまたはポリイソシアヌレートポリマー発泡体を、前記ハイドロハロオレフィンの略標準沸点以下の温度で用いることを含む方法。
15.7に記載の有効量の泡形成組成物と、好適なポリイソシアネートを反応させることを含む独立気泡ポリウレタンまたはポリイソシアヌレートポリマー発泡体の製造方法。
Claims (4)
- (a)式CF3CX=CHY(式中、Xは、H、ClおよびFからなる群から選択され、Yは、H、Cl、F、CF3およびCF2CF3からなる群から選択される)のハイドロハロオレフィンと、水とを含む泡膨張剤組成物、および、
(b)2個以上の活性水素を有する活性水素含有化合物、
を含む泡形成組成物であって、
前記泡膨張剤組成物中の水の量が、少なくとも71モル%である泡形成組成物。 - 前記ハイドロハロオレフィンが、式Z−CF 3 CH=CHCF 3 である請求項1に記載の泡形成組成物。
- 前記活性水素含有化合物が、ポリオールである請求項1または請求項2に記載の泡形成組成物。
- 前記活性水素含有化合物が、ポリエーテルポリオールである請求項1または請求項2に記載の泡形成組成物。
